Today, in Lithuanian tradition, as many other traditions and cultures around the world, we celebrate All Souls Day. It’s the day when we light a candle for our ancestors, family members, friends and all our loved ones who came and went. We think about them and wish them peace. I wish everyone would take a moment today to light a candle for those who have passed, for your ancestors, in calm and peace. We can only keep traditions alive if we practise them. Today is a truly profound day to do so. 🕯️✨ #allsoulsday #keepingtraditionsalive by @lina_tolo

Witches time is upon us! A few of our favourite snaps from last years Heloweens. Amber was a little pumpkin, a little witch, I think this year she might be a little cat 🐱Mummy will be in her element of course 🧙‍♀️ #helloween #favourite outfits #lovebeingawitch by @lina_tolo

Thank you to my gorgeous and uber talented friend @nadiasews for showing me the ropes with the sewing machine. It only bloody has taken me 10 years to start since I got it for a present from my girlfriends. Very excited for many more little projects to come! 🤗🪡 #makeityourself #sewingprojects #handmade by @lina_tolo

A sneak peak into our holiday in Orgiva, Spain and a little crafty project I made while I was there, a dream catcher from branches and scraps of threads given to me by our lovely neighbour Katie x #crafts #dreamcatcher #holidayinspain by @lina_tolo
A memory popped up from 5 years ago today. Time really flies! #memories by @lina_tolo
A lovely photo my friend @wanderlustsgypsycaravans took of us when I was pregnant with Ambi. I lost 4 years’ worth of photos when our flat was flooded and my phone was drenched, including this one (back up your photos, people!!). I saw this photo the other day when a friend shared it, then she sent it to me. What a lovely time, memory and group of women 🫶 by @lina_tolo
A few new macrame hangers! PM if interested x by @lina_tolo
My first workshop ever! I had the pleasure of teaching my lovely workmates how to make a macramé plant hanger. I was well impressed by wonderful creations they made. We had the well-deserved famous Upfront cake in the end 🍰 I will be organising more workshops soon, so let me know if you are interested in attending 🪴🤗#makeityourself #macrameworkshop #macrameart by @lina_tolo
I have refurbished a drawer. I thought I would share this process with the world, as I am very happy with how it turned out! So, the drawers were damaged by the flood, hence two of the drawers didn’t work at all. I decided to take them out all together and make one big drawer for the records or books. I sanded the whole thing, chose colours I liked and the new handles. First, I applied the colours where I wanted them, then I sanded it to get the effect I wanted. When I was happy with the effect, I applied varnish all over to secure the colour. I got a little bit of help from my father-in-law in fixing the bottom shelf and showing me the ropes on how to fix the handles. Then I painted the inside and, when it was all dried up, put the books in. I am not sure if that’s the ‘right way’ to do it to achieve this effect, but it worked for me! #makeityourself #refurbish #reusereducerecycle by @lina_tolo
