Some things in life get sweeter with time… and Empowered Moms is one of them! 💕

What a beautiful day of connection, celebration, and filling our cups alongside so many incredible warrior women!

I feel so blessed to have participated in this year’s Empowered Moms event in so many meaningful ways, especially sharing our global Daily Self-Love practice with a room full of women who spend so much of their lives pouring into others.

And to my sweet friend Emily… 💗 Thank you for trusting me in so many capacities, for our beautiful friendship and sisterhood, and for continuing to create spaces where women feel seen, celebrated, and supported. Watching you grow, shine, and SHIMMY across that stage brings me so much joy! 💃✨

On Monday, we got to love on some of the most remarkable leaders in medicine. 💛

We held space for powerhouse leaders from the University of Michigan — departments like oncology and radiology — incredible humans who pour into everyone else, all day, every day. This was their day to truly nurture themselves.

We taught them holistic practices to optimize their wellness from the inside out: sound healing, meditation, hydrogen-rich water education, restorative therapies, and intentional self-love. Watching brilliant medical minds lean into stillness, breath, and restoration was something holy. This work is deeply impactful in the medical community — and for everybody.

Thank you to the @uofmichigan for trusting us with your leaders, and to @sunnysideupwellnessllc for the vision that brought this day together. A leadership dynamic like this is a true blessing — one only He could have orchestrated.

Grateful beyond words. 🙏

🚪 God opens doors bigger than you can even imagine when you obey His calling for your life.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected a call from U of M to organize and gather a group of Wellness Professionals to host a Restorative Retreat for nurses and medical staff.

Tomorrow, we arrive at U of M, bright and early to love on, take care of and nurture nurses, caregivers and executives.

We get to teach them natural ways to calm their nervous system w/ sound therapy, reflexology, mindfulness and yoga.

We will nourish their bodies + minds with cacao, hydrogen water, restorative bodywork, PEMF and red light therapy.

What an honor to do this work… to show people a way forward using natural modalities… to follow the calling that God has set before us. 🙏

It may appear to be a miracle that this medical grade technology found me.
Others would call it a sales-tactic.

The reality it was introduced through a loaner as an act of kindness from a friend.
Does she know that once people experience the difference and all the ways to use it, they are more likely to invest — Yes she does.

Did she have to let us try it before we bought it? No… and most people never do.

However, to this day, my sweet friend doesn’t know our families whole back story.
And I pray most never do 🙏

What I do know — is that God brought this into our family as another tool that penetrates the blood-brain barrier and allows for the preservation of health.

None of this is a medical claim. This is purely my investigative opinion from my own personal research and am making zero promises of any outcome. What I know is I would rather invest in possibility 🆚 contribute to an outcome I never want to happen 🙏

WELP that was unexpected 😡 💔 — over a decade of being a customer with Intuit Mailchimp and I connected an ai 🤖 from Meta and asked it to DRAFT a series of emails (yet to have even been approved)…

Mailchimp — your 🤖 decided my DRAFTED language was a violation and you SHUT DOWN MY BUSINESS?!? No warning. No human to connect to. And even the appeal button looked like a place to ask questions…. And so now that’s considered my appeal?

Alright guys… give me your best CRM’s 🙏
