Solo clip from my tune ‘Smart Guy’ with the Crawdaddy Quartet. Filmed live at @homefirestudios last December.

Really love playing with this group. We’ve got some late summer dates in the calendar, but we’ve got some availability for spring/summer bookings. 📩

Out There is back at @selabarleeds on Sunday 12th July...

The last Out There of Season 4: our season finale before we break for the summer. We couldn't be happier to send it off with two such amazing acts.

This month's featured performers...

@amonracollective - cosmic jazz-funk
The Crawdaddy Quartet (@linushmusic) - hard bop / americana

+++

As usual the vibe will be upbeat, relaxed and welcoming to both regulars and new faces. Free entry, fresh tunes before, between and after, and the nicest pizzas in town.

Doors at 7, all done by 10ish. We'd love to have you down for this last blast before the break.

GIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

This Sunday evening (9th Nov) The Storytelling Ensemble is performing live at Patch York as part of Aesthetica Fringe (@asffestival).

It’s an evening of storytelling by yours truly soundtracked with live improvised music from the ensemble.

Super wholesome event - our story this Sunday follows a little boy who discovers autumn for the first time and wants to learn why do the leaves change colour? and why does it get darker at night? Incorporating mythology and folklore about why autumn and winter exist as our hero explores the world around him.

Come join us for an evening of reconnecting and grounding through the age old tradition of storytelling.

PAYF - Doors at 7:30pm
Bringing of bits of autumn and winter (leaves, twigs, acorns etc.) very much welcomed! Hope to see you there!!
