Where my girls at!?

The women who refuse to live a mediocre time on Earth.
The ones making freedom the standard.

The ones who feel it all, nourish themselves, and show their goddamn teeth when it’s time.
The ones who make their lives art, honor their friendships, take up space, shake ass, tell the truth, and build the whole gang up along the way.

You don’t need to be perfect to belong here. You get to crumble when you need and feel seen along the way.
The rules are made up anyway

If you read this and thought, “oh… these are my people,” welcome. I’m so happy you’re here.

Come join us inside The Dragon Haus — link in bio.

A space for women ready to live fully, bravely, wildly, and on their own terms.

Arch that back. Open your goddamn wings. Let’s fly. 🪽

Welcome to the Dragon Haus portal 🐉

A gateway into freedom that’s been sitting on the tip of your tongue…
Waiting for you to drop in deep enough to taste it. Everything is here & available now.

Rooted in nervous system science + ancient feminine remembrance, this experience melts the armor, softens the noise, and opens the floodgates of your truth, it’s a sensory portal

This space holds you like silk sexy, strong, creative and fierce.

It’s playful. It’s vibrant. It’s holding. It’s yours.

Knowing your power as a woman is wealth. I spent most my life in pain & addiction suffering from CPTSD. When I found the answers within I decided I’d never go back and that I would share what I’ve learned with the ones ready for it: your shame is the source of it:

Let this be a reclamation to your body where JOY, love, and pleasure are not luxuries, but your birthright. In this phsyco-somatic experience , we activate your bad bitch and your softness.

In a world that keeps you on edge, ride the edge of being seen in your power to embodied trust, capacity, feminine energetics, and Command Miracles. :

There’s a version of you who already knows.

She lives in your body wild, certain, & electric.

And she’s been aching to be BOLD, felt & witnessed

If you feel a pull: welcome

We begin with grounding: breath and intention to help you arrive, settle in, and drop into the moment.

Next, a somatic-based warm-up. Powerful techniques wake up your body, get you out of your head, and help you inhabit your sexy self.

Then we turn up the heat. Heels go on (heels optional) for across-the-floor drills that get you strutting, flowing, and playing with your own unique style. We finish with beginner-friendly choreo - let loose and own it.

This is your space to shine and take up room. Just bring your energy and stay open ✨

Let’s rip em hell shall we 😉

Years ago I was once with a guy who told me I shouldn’t go to hot yoga because it’s “seggsual”

Imagine if I listened.

Don’t you ever let anyone tell you what you should do with your own body. Express it queen. by @linzee_belle

How are you treating your body queen?🔥👀

these practices have done so much for me and my clients, and I’m still completely obsessed 🤩

I think it’s Very sexy of you to “BE” with yourself

To me, understanding the body and what she’s asking for is the ultimate tea 🫖 let’s be honest, it’s hard when the mind is fucking loud, but the body will get louder if we don’t listen.

I spent so much time bouncing between anxiety, feeling completely numb, doubting myself, running from circumstances , & didn’t use my voice. It is exhausting. I call it Body Bankruptcy. My body was actually communicating something.

This is external conditioning, not failure. And it’s not yours. it too, has an intelligence, to use it. To remind you the doubt is not yours, the projections of others are definitely not yours. that you don’t have to work harder.

your BODY knows exactly who you are, before someone told you you’re doing it wrong. No, thank you.

Learning these somatic practices changed everything. It taught me how to be gentle with myself, to listen to my intuition, to go after what I want, to not hold back, To be AlIVE in my skin and know discomfort is sometimes necessary

It creates Capacity to be discerning when your system says no. Or when to just go for it when she says yes, even when you have zero clue how.

Babe, you lack nothing.

There is wisdom in your body that no one else has. There is no one else like you with your gifts. There’s no one else like you with your light. 🧑‍🩰✨

My biggest flex? I don’t need perfection from my body, and I don’t need to “effort” my way through life. I have Range— my body can trust that I can safely move all of it through me.

understanding your own nervous system is priceless.
not to fix.
to feel.
to trust.
to own.
To create.

Your body is YOURS. Period. 👑

🩰🧚💕🕯️🍒💗🎀🌀🐅✨💗🐍🦋

As someone who has experienced CPTSD I learned that expression & creativity is key for my body as well as subtle juicy somatic practices that are simpleeeee

Anxious overthinking is often just raw, unspent energy trapped in the tissue and is loud in the mind.

🧑‍🩰
When the body has spent a long time wrapped in survival mode, it craves that deep, instinctual permission to just be without needing to fix, label or heal perfectly.

Overthinking is just a body under-expressed, your body is not punishing you. Sometimes you need to tell someone to F off or just shake that assssss

If you want a free somatic practice dm and I’ll send it ovvvverrrr 😘 by @linzee_belle
