The rumors are true…

A substantial increase in our lease is asking us to change direction. As a family-owned business, we are not in a position to sustainably assume this change; and with deep reflection, we’ve chosen to honor what feels aligned for us moving forward.

Lipé has never been just a space. It has been a home; built through your presence, your energy, your trust, and your light. And for that, we are endlessly grateful 🤍

As we begin to close this chapter in its current form, here’s what to know:

✨ Last full operational day: Sunday, May 17th, 2026
✨ From May 18th–31st: select events & limited appointments
✨ All memberships, credits & class packages must be used by May 17th

We invite you to be with us in these final weeks. To move, connect, and share in the magic that we’ve created together. Now more than ever, this space deserves to be filled with intention, presence, and love.

This is NOT a goodbye.

We are allowing space for what’s next to reveal itself… with openness and intention. There is a possibility that, after the summer, we will relocate and begin a new chapter together; reimagined, yet rooted in the same essence that brought us here.

After having gone through some health challenges Lipé House of Wellness was self-funded & founded by husband and wife duo. While in search for a holistic approach and less invasive treatments they found a series of tools along the way that they considered were of value to their friends, families, community and the world.

Motivated by their personal experiences and witnessing an increased need in today’s busy world Lipé House of Wellness was created as a conglomerate of useful resources to find wellbeing.

A space driven by their passion to make a positive impact on others’ lives by serving as a beacon of hope and inspiration for others facing similar challenges.

To everyone who showed up yesterday for the final gathering of Lipe House of Wellness, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We truly felt the love, light, and sense of community that made this space so special from the very beginning. This space would not have been what it was without each and every one of you . Your support, energy, and presence are what brought it to life. Thank you for allowing us to close this chapter together and for shining your light into our space throughout our journey. We are endlessly grateful to all of the beautiful people who allowed us to be part of their healing and wellness journeys during our time open. Sunday wisdom… 💌

“Every ending carries the seed of a new beginning…”

Thank you, Lipe House of Wellness, for receiving me with trust, openness, and so much love. Being part of the instructors team there, gave me a space to spread my wings, to share my words, my wisdom, and a deeper part of myself. Lipe allowed me to show who I am, who I became and I always felt supported there…

I will never forget walking in there for the first time with fear and uncertainty to present my demo class. I remember meeting the owners welcoming me and feeling immediately how gentle, respectful, and grounded they were. Well… That essence never changed…

Dearest Esme, remember that with Lipe, you have held space for so many who crossed that threshold and we are all grateful for that. Lipe was a big loving family and I will always cherish this moment in time.

This ending is so bittersweet seeing Lipe closing its doors, but I leave with nothing but love and gratitude for this place. Some spaces stay alive inside of you long after you leave them. That little spot on Le Jeune Road, beside the grand mahogany tree that reminded me of my childhood back home as I walked by the cracked open pods on the ground, will always hold a sacred place in my heart… 🌳

Lipe will forever remind me to take risks, to trust what is unfolding within, and to honor this quiet voice calling me forward.

Most of all, to all those who came to Lipe to see me, to support me and to trust what I have to give and to receive … I know for some of you, it meant effort, long drives and heavyyyyy Miami traffic. Thank you… 🙏 🤍

I plan to be at new studios, to start private sessions, to have pop ups events, to collaborate with others, to lead circles for special occasions, to keep writing and to continue growing The Flow House, founded with my co founder Alexa Baboun, leading international retreats. @thisisflowhouse @itsalexxababy

We are overflowing with love and gratitude 💞

This experience has shown us how much love there truly is inside all of us. We are at a loss for words at the outpouring of gratitude and well wishes that have come our way.

When we first started this journey, we would have never imagined the impact you would have on this community and the seed that was planted at Lipé House of Wellness.

The way everyone has shown up and expressed their love and appreciation, your beautiful responses have meant the world to us and our team.

These last few weeks only furthers our desire to keep showing up and being of service on our journeys.

As a fitness instructor over the last five years, I’ve realized how much of this journey has been shaped by the people I’ve met along the way. It’s wild to reflect on how a few friendships completely changed the direction of my life.

I first became a regular yoga student at a friend’s studio, and that experience inspired me to become a yoga instructor myself. Through that space, I met some of the most incredible women, friendships that have carried me, supported me, and helped shape me into the instructor and person I am today.

The butterfly effect is crazy because if it wasn’t for one of those friendships, I never would’ve met Esme or had the opportunity to teach at Lipé.

Lipé feels like something rare. So real, so organic, and so deeply well intentioned. It’s not easy to create a space that feels that genuine, but Esme did exactly that, and it’s something every person who walked through those doors could feel immediately.

On a personal level, I’m endlessly grateful for everything this space gave me. Lipé encouraged me to step into my voice, spread my wings, and trust my ideas. Esme supported me in bringing events to life and always made me feel like what I had to offer mattered.

The impact of Lipé goes far beyond the studio itself. It lives in all of us who were lucky enough to be part of it.

Some spaces may close their doors, but what was built inside them continues on through the people whose lives were changed by them. Forever grateful to have been part of this chapter. 🤍 by @lipehow
