BetterDays started with a simple idea from our founder, Lisa Allen: wellness products should taste as good as they make you feel.

As a single mom of four, she was tired of choosing between expensive green juices and energy drinks, so she created the first original caffeinated greens drink.

Today, that same mission drives everything we do: creating products that genuinely make your life better. Better taste. Better benefits. Better convenience.

Because even a small step toward feeling better today is a reminder that there are always #BetterDaysAhead #FounderStory #BetterDaysCo taken in Encinitas, California by @lisa_allen

Two years later (almost to the day), we did it! The past two years have tested every part of me. I can’t thank Jillian Duggan-Herd enough for helping me: restraining order ✔️ sole custody ✔️ & today I paid him less than I expected ✔️. I feel such relief & gratitude. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement 🤍🤍 #BetterDaysAhead by @lisa_allen

We’re big fans of @rollerrabbitofficial! The fabric is 100% Pima cotton and they wash like a dream! I love any chance to match with my kids and their new Banana Split print is fun for all ages! #ad #RollerRabbitPartner by @lisa_allen
