Lisa heard you. After countless messages asking us to bring BetterSleep back, our founder knew it was time to reintroduce the nighttime ritual our community missed most. Thoughtfully formulated with CBN, magnesium, chamomile, ashwagandha, melatonin, and more to help you unwind, support healthy sleep rhythms, and wake up feeling refreshed—not groggy. A straight-to-mouth nighttime stick. No water needed. Just #BetterNightsAhead BetterSleep is officially back.

Made it to the Shopbop Pop-Up ✨Last night, @shopbop and @frame hosted an unforgettable evening in Newport Beach to celebrate the opening of the pop-up in one of the dreamiest waterfront locations. I’m so grateful to have been able to attend and connect with so many inspiring women, creators, and brand partners. Thank you to the Shopbop team for creating such a beautiful experience and for bringing together such an inspiring group of women, creators, and brand partners. Of course, I had to represent in my Frame denim. I wore their new low-rise straight-leg silhouette in the perfect ecru shade for summer—relaxed, effortless, and incredibly chic. A style I know I’ll be reaching for on repeat all season long. The Shopbop Pop-Up is now open through June 7th, and if you’re in SoCal, it’s worth stopping by. The curated selection is so good, filled with elevated summer staples, denim, and pieces you’ll wear long after the season ends. Endless waterfront views, great company, and the perfect start to summer. Comment SUMMER and I’ll send you my outfit details.

BetterDays started with a simple idea from our founder, Lisa Allen: wellness products should taste as good as they make you feel. As a single mom of four, she was tired of choosing between expensive green juices and energy drinks, so she created the first original caffeinated greens drink. Today, that same mission drives everything we do: creating products that genuinely make your life better. Better taste. Better benefits. Better convenience. Because even a small step toward feeling better today is a reminder that there are always #BetterDaysAhead #FounderStory #BetterDaysCo
