2 solid weeks of sunshine to paint 1 boating lake floor. Couldn’t have done it without the unwavering vision of @guyawatson, his team of volunteers & the lads at @coronation_park_helston. Pop down for a game of twister on swan or chess on goose. All the games pieces made by the amazing @oneblueeyecornwall 🙌.

Down in beautiful Fowey putting colours on windows for @seasaltcornwall 💙 Design featuring sassy seagull, silky seaweeds & the most beautiful sail made by @darn_studio for the Morvoren sail boat (it means mermaid in Cornish & was hand painted by @signsofgoodtaste). Morvoren under sail, windows painted live, and fireworks over the estuary as the sun went down. Fowey Regatta was Cornwall at its finest 🐙 by @lisa_made_it

Creative Kernow has been working with young people in the Camborne community over the past few months to design and create a vibrant new mural in the town centre.

The project was developed around the theme of belonging and inclusion. Students and young people from across the area collaborated with artists Laura Menzies and Lisa Curtis to develop and paint the artwork. The finished mural celebrates creativity, community, and the creative voices of the next generation.

A huge thank you to the fantastic groups who took part: Camborne School, Camborne College, Camborne Cluster of Churches After School Club, Camborne Evening ESOL Classe, and Camborne Youth Council.
Thank you all for your hard work, imagination, and creativity in helping to bring this fantastic project to life!

We’re so proud of what you’ve created together and the wonderful addition it makes to Camborne town centre.

The Fowey Regatta was a true celebration of community, creativity, and the coast we love so much.

We took Morvoren - our graphic designer Keira’s newly named boat, fitted with a stunning patchwork sail crafted by the brilliant @darn_studio out for a sail. To make the day even more special, local artist @lisa_made_it (whom you might remember from our 30th celebrations in the Falmouth store) joined us to live-paint our shop windows!

As the sun went down, we headed out onto the water under a canopy of fairy lights to watch the fireworks light up the Fowey estuary ✨

Thank you to all the incredible local makers and creatives who brought the spirit of this day to life with us. by @lisa_made_it

Gooood morning my beauties!
Happy August Sunday to you 😘

You guys all know Marguerite the plant van, but she wouldn’t be who she is today if it wasn’t for this wonderful soul, @lisa_made_it 🌈

Five years ago I came to her with an idea to transform my funny little van into something botanically beautiful….she absolutely went above and beyond didn’t she?! 🤩😍

This week gorgeous Lisa has been back giving old Marge a touch up and repaint! Isn’t she just brilliant?!🤩
I’m so chuffed to know such a talented, kind and fabulous soul. Thanks so much bird!
Go give her a follow if you haven’t already- her work is just awesome.🙌

I’m back open today in Porthleven for another harbour market 🌊 🌿

Why not pop along to admire Marguerites shiney new paint job? 🥰

Enjoy your day my lovers!

✨💚🌿🌵🪴🌱💚✨
