Community is more than a word. The beautiful and talented @lisa_made_it @chiffersofnewlyn and @peacebypiecepz are working some magic on Bread Street in the sunshine today 🎨🖌️🫟

This fabulous mural looks really great from the window of our apartment - available to rent now!

But more importantly, it’s art that everyone can appreciate and shows how much folks care about their lovely town.
Thanks everyone, your work is appreciated ✨🙏

A few recent frames I’ve taken for @seasaltcornwall social channels

After graduating uni and going into full time work I didn’t take a photo for far too long. Thankfully this past year I’ve been lucky enough to have a job that lets me take photos!

I have met so many wonderful people and been a part of so many exciting things - here’s to more of the same and to posting more 🤞🏻

Creative Kernow has been working with young people in the Camborne community over the past few months to design and create a vibrant new mural in the town centre.

The project was developed around the theme of belonging and inclusion. Students and young people from across the area collaborated with artists Laura Menzies and Lisa Curtis to develop and paint the artwork. The finished mural celebrates creativity, community, and the creative voices of the next generation.

A huge thank you to the fantastic groups who took part: Camborne School, Camborne College, Camborne Cluster of Churches After School Club, Camborne Evening ESOL Classe, and Camborne Youth Council.
Thank you all for your hard work, imagination, and creativity in helping to bring this fantastic project to life!

We’re so proud of what you’ve created together and the wonderful addition it makes to Camborne town centre.

The Fowey Regatta was a true celebration of community, creativity, and the coast we love so much.

We took Morvoren - our graphic designer Keira’s newly named boat, fitted with a stunning patchwork sail crafted by the brilliant @darn_studio out for a sail. To make the day even more special, local artist @lisa_made_it (whom you might remember from our 30th celebrations in the Falmouth store) joined us to live-paint our shop windows!

As the sun went down, we headed out onto the water under a canopy of fairy lights to watch the fireworks light up the Fowey estuary ✨

Thank you to all the incredible local makers and creatives who brought the spirit of this day to life with us.

3rd and final day of this experiment with bikepacking on Bromptons. Theses bikes are tiny but mighty ! We packed them front, back and center with all of our gear and food. There was no resupply until we reached Port Renfrew. The bikes handled surprisingly well fully loaded on these gravel roads. So much fun 🤩! We’ll be back to finish the second half of this loop. Thanks @bikepackingcom
