Thrilled to share the Head Start Annual Report I recently designed for Illinois Action for Children.

Through thoughtful design, I translated their mission and impact into a cohesive visual story, bringing together the families, programs, and progress behind their work.

At the heart of the report is a powerful belief: every young child, regardless of ZIP code, income, or circumstance, deserves a strong start in life.

Excited to share the recent book cover design I created for Judson Press, “Children’s Mental Health Resources for the Church.” The design reflects the many aspects of a child’s life and the effort to hold the pieces together.

Written by a skilled family therapist, this book provides inspiration and accessible knowledge to support the development of an effective mental health ministry.

Grateful. This word encapsulates my reflections on the past year. I am thankful for the people and organizations I have partnered with and the impactful work we accomplished together.

A couple of standout highlights this year include raising double the goal for Illinois Action For Children’s Gala – A Time to Shine, and assisting Reclaiming Chicago in winning the $10 Million Chicago Prize.

I’m thrilled to share that Reclaiming Chicago has been awarded the Pritzker Traubert Foundation’s 2025 Chicago Prize! This prestigious award includes $10 million to support the community-led initiative in providing affordable home ownership opportunities on Chicago’s South and West Sides

It is an honor to have contributed to the branding and pitch materials for this project. While it’s rewarding to see our hard work come to fruition, the most significant aspect is the positive difference we are making in the community. by @lisacaindesign

Recently, I had the opportunity to work on creating the theme and branding for IFF’s 2025 Chicago’s Cultural Treasures event. This event celebrates numerous impactful arts and culture organizations in Chicago, and was held at the beautiful Bridgeport Art Center Sculpture Garden.

Collaborating with the team to develop concepts was so much fun, and seeing our collective vision materialize was truly amazing. I even found a matching dress!
