Phew. How do you show up when all the life things are going on? You lean into the things that light you up and they carry you! I’ve had a very challenging couple of months and somehow when I keep showing up for myself my body and my being show me the next step. It also helps that I teach this! (Doesn’t mean it’s not hard work though!) DM me if you want in on a 3 month mentorship for singers who are ready to share their medicine with the world and need a supportive framework to make it happen ⭐️ Intro sessions Thursday 1st and 8th October, get in now! Song: Come Into by Lisa Doscher, link to the album Return Home in my bio! by @lisadoschermusic

🌊 Becoming a successful facilitator of transformation through song is not only possible- it will be even better than you can imagine! It is there nagging at you because it wants to take you through the process of becoming more you, so you can hold space for others to do the same.

🪨 Not better at what you think you should be doing- more connected and attentive to the energy that wants to move through you. Which only seems scary because it will bring you more pleasure and fulfilment than you currently think is possible. 🤯

☀️ All it takes (simple, but not easy!) is saying yes to it and trusting yourself to follow it, committing to yourself that deeply, and allowing yourself to be supported in the process by those who have been there and are going through it themselves.

🤩 My year-long mentorship program starts in October! Start creating your dream offering as soon as you join and we’ll build the container together.

💝 Book your FREE 1:1 visioning call now and see if this path is for you - if not you’ll come away with more clarity and next steps either way. Link in bio or here: https://resoundhealingarts.com by @lisadoschermusic

💜 Coming back to ‘work’ after an injury and mind-numbing pain meds. I’m practicing what I preach! It’s such a relief to connect to myself and allow myself to express it creatively… today isn’t a day for polishing or finishing. 🐑🤩 Soon I’ll be posting more details about Song Vessel, my year-long certification program for singers who want to facilitate healing through song.

One of the ways we work is to use our states of being as a way to stay connected with ourselves and that’s how we foster connection in the groups we work with! Juicy and powerful stuff and I can’t wait to get started… stay tuned for more! ⭐️

This song has been a balm this week ❤️-currently in South Wales with the reality of wildfires nearby. Come join me this Saturday just outside of Oxford to learn this and other harmony songs to help us feel more enlivened and connected as we move toward September. Song Vessel Weekend Retreat with Lisa Doscher: Building an intentional song container 🔥 Together we will create this weekend community ‘Song Vessel’ and be in the nourishing flow of song! We will sing beautiful songs in harmony, and use them as a tool to connect with a deeper individual and group experience of ‘the moment’ which begins with gentle awareness of our senses, thoughts and emotions.

🎶 This is for you if you love singing and want to explore deepening the experience through embodiment and awareness practices, becoming aware of your own creative impulse, and leaning into community support.

🌙 This is also an introduction to the elements of creating this type of transformational song experience with your own groups if you are a song leader or aspiring song leader.

❤️ For those carrying on into my mentorship program, the retreat program cost is included!
