3 attributes we look for in a listing agent that you should look for too. These could all be summarized by someone who can help you achieve your goals! Do you want a quick sale or do you want top dollar? Will the market you're in support both? Are you looking for a transaction that will benefit you on your taxes? Reach out to get answers to these types of questions. by @lisafieldmoore

Structural engineers are like contractors. Some are good at their job and some are not. If you ever find yourself in need of some guidance on how to choose which engineer to hire, don't by shy, reach out! I love sharing what I've learned but am also shamelessly trying to earn your trust for when the day comes and you need someone to help you (or someone you know) buy or sell a home or investment property. by @lisafieldmoore

What would we do differently today vs what we did in 2021? Negotiated maintenance items like tree removal into our offer. Whe bought this property in 2021 - a SELLER'S market. We likely would not have gotten our offer accepted had we made it contingent on getting tree work done. Now, we are in a BUYER'S market and many sellers would be more than happy to accommodate an offer like that. If you're considering hiring a realtor, find out if they have the experience and expertise to get you the best deal possible. And if not, then reach out to Lisa or I. by @lisafieldmoore

First family trip to the cabin and my first solo hike with the Lil Nugget! As long as we're moving Wiley is happy, and loves being outside! It feels way too early for the leaves to be changing! 🍁 #cabinlife #hiking #lovewhereyoulive #momlifeisthebestlife by @lisafieldmoore

Unwrapping our Christmas presents early and on stilts. 3 hours to mask two long rows of trim from a scissor lift.. Vs... 1 hour to mask the same amount using stilts... And at a fraction of the cost. by @lisafieldmoore
