My heart is so full. ❤️ Celebrating my big 5 0 in Nashville with my family and friends was truly the best birthday of my life!

A few people asked why I wore red, white, and blue all weekend. 🇺🇸 Huge shoutout to my girl Dena for the idea! Since this is America’s 250th anniversary and my 50th birthday, we thought it was the perfect way to celebrate both. I had to represent in style!

A special thank you to my bestie Jill and my sister Lindsay for helping make this celebration happen. I love you both so much. ❤️ And to all of my amazing friends who pitched in all weekend, thank you for your love, support, laughter, and friendship. You made this weekend unforgettable.

One of my favorite moments was celebrating with my Chi Town girl, Josephine. 🥂 Her birthday is the day after mine, and for the first time since we were 21 years old, we got to celebrate our birthdays together again. What a gift!

To everyone who traveled to be there and to those who couldn’t make it but celebrated with me in spirit, thank you. Every text, call, message, and birthday wish meant the world to me.

As I step into this new decade, I’m giving myself the power of choice. I’m choosing what serves me, letting go of what doesn’t, making better decisions, and intentionally creating the next level of my life.

I truly believe this is going to be my best year yet, and I can’t wait to see what God has in store.
