11-1-25… celebrating 47 years around the sun felt like a living prayer… a day stitched together by the people I love, the waters that are healing me, and the magic that only appears when you surrender to being surprised.

From the moment we left Cancún toward Isla Mujeres, something felt different… lighter… like the ocean herself wanted to celebrate with us.

Surprises showed up everywhere.

At one point I joked, “The only thing we DIDN’T do was a cake…” and minutes later, in a van with twenty of my favorite humans, the driver said we were being pulled over. Everyone scrambled, IDs out… even me. Then he and two friends ran back in singing Happy Birthday with a cupcake and candle. A staged police stop… just to make me smile. 🥹

My parents were there too… the greatest gift.
Just 6 months ago my dad almost died because traditional medicine missed the true issue… his heart. But I didn’t. We got him the care he needed, and seeing him laughing, exploring Chichén Itzá, and standing next to me at sea felt like traveling with someone who came back from another world. His “afterlife” trip, borrowed time wrapped in gratitude.

Then… more magic.
I walked into a back room to find a wedding dress. My friend absolutely planted it there. I put it on, unsure and amused… until it hit me: maybe I’ll never have a traditional wedding, maybe I will… but in that moment, I married THEM… my soul family, this ocean, this life chapter. “If I never marry anyone, at least you got to witness this,” I told my parents. And it felt perfect.

My chiropractor friend taught me to launch a kite at the front of the boat (while still in the dress) and I was flying within minutes. Another friend had me climb onto the giant floaty you’ll see in the video… and everyone tossed powdered colors into the air. I felt like a living piece of art.

We drummed. We danced. We laughed. We loved!

To everyone who made my 47th birthday the most magical yet, thank you. You made me feel as special as you are to me.

Here’s to living in gratitude… for love, for sovereignty, for magic… and for the unexpected blessings life handcrafts when we lead with our hearts.

I've been doing this workshop all over the world for the last 2 years, and I'm happy to bring it to Mexico again. And I'm super excited to do THE POWER OF CONNECTION in a really special place. LaCanopée - restaurante Franco-Mexicano - the masterpiece of the hands of two wonderful people who combined two different cultures and literally created a safe space from scratch.

What we're going to do during workshop:

feeling the body - connecting with music
acceptance - self-expression through dance

WORKING WITH A PARTNER
4 main aspects of getting in touch with yourself and your partner
dance as a conversation with each other
dance as an exchange of energy
Magic Click technique - establishing trusting contact with your partner in dance
Love meditation

Who is this workshop for? For everyone who wants to:
- To dance through fears, blocks and emotions, to find inner lightness and freedom.
- Feel the cosmos in the dance with yourself and your partner.
- Get to know your body and work on partner relationships through dance.

And the best part: you don't need to know how to dance at all! This master class is not about technique, it's about a subtle attunement with your soul and body. And of course you can come with or without a partner. Also The Power of Connection is for all dancers who want to master their connection with a partner in kizomba, bzouk, bachata.

I have this “day of the week” conversation often……

Are you tired of the uncertainty in your relationship?

In relationships, people generally hope for the best, not knowing how it will all turn out. It's as if we are just rolling the dice and crossing our fingers.

Well, I’m here to tell you that….

You can have certainty and power in saying how your relationship goes... and it's simple.

Create a clear destination for your relationship. In other words, create an intention or goal for your relationship.

Here’s how relationships generally look: We get into a relationship and hope for the best. We do everything we can to have it work but eventually one day, we don’t like where we ended up in our relationship. So we try to escape it by trying something else and going in a different direction. Then we look around and realize that once again, we don't like where we ended up.

To really have a relationship work, we need to choose a clear destination that we actually want to get to, and start moving in that direction and that direction only.

If you want to get to Canada from Florida, you have to go North, right? And anytime you go East, West or South, you could simply STOP and head North again because you know where you want to be.

It’s the same with relationships.

In my relationship with my partner, I realized what I really wanted after years of running away from relationships that weren’t working. I chose a destination for my relationship: A LOVING AND NURTURING LIFELONG PARTNERSHIP.

Everything that would take me in that direction, I kept doing. Everything that was not that, I took out.

It took me in a straight line to the moment last weekend when I asked Rose to be my wife, and she said YES!

I got to my destination! And you can, too.

You can have certainty and power in saying how your relationship goes... and it comes down to creating a clear goal/intention for your relationship and totally surrendering to it.
