What a walk indeed! Never in a million years did @the_taste_curators think we would have 3 self-published cookbooks that brought us overseas to Scotland to do an event. Grateful for @cookbookshopedin for your enthusiasm and trust in our vision. Also @isleofharrisdistillers for contributing your delicious gin for our cocktail. We hope there are many more of these to come. Long live Palate Palette!

More on this event in our most recent Substack. by @lishsteiling

Spread the word!! We are so excited that @the_taste_curators are doing our first event abroad in Scotland! If you or someone you know will be across the pond, join us @cookbookshopedin for an experience featuring cocktails and bites designed around the taste of color. Of course we will be discussing our book series Palate Palette as well. We can’t wait to see everyone there. by @lishsteiling

This savory cheese and veggie loaded toast was inspired by our recent trip to London where seasonal produce shined and toasts were abundant. Read about our favorite spots in London and get the recipe in our latest Substack. Link in bio by @lishsteiling

Today is the day I open my delicious birthday gift from @anniefitzsimmons . I had this @brindisaspanishfoods oil at two of my favorite restaurants in London and Annie made sure I went home with a can for myself. Marinated baby artichokes for the win! by @lishsteiling
