6 days and 1600 miles of riding the FJR through 5 states to celebrate the forever young Doug Broman’s birthday!

This ride included so many incredible curves, hairpin turns, views, valleys, vistas and mountain tops! Did I the mention waterfall and parade? Plus a visit to the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame.

All things motorcycling for my favorite human and the best ever husband, dad, son and friend. Happiest Birthday my sweetheart!

Our 20th anniversary trip to Cincinnati was a great success!

Why Cincinnati?

We found each other on eHarmony and Cincinnati was the first place we met in person in 2002 when I lived there. And the rest is history!

Uprooting my life and moving to Richmond, becoming a stepmom to two incredible daughters, and a wife in 2003, and now 20 years later, celebrating a beautiful marriage!

Visiting restaurants, and all the old places I lived and reremembering all the details of our first encounter was a blast and my heart is full of gratitude!

I’m forever thankful for the gift from God of my sweet husband, Doug.
Ours truly was a match made in heaven!

Happiest of Birthdays to my mother-in-law Sally Broman.

I call her Mom because she is that to me.

I once said, “Grandma is so sweet she can put a sugar factory out of business!”

It’s still true! She’s taught me so much about honoring family, kindness and serving others.

Her deep love for Jesus is the foundation of faith in our family. She’s the humblest inspiration!

Happy Birthday to my first son in law Bryon!

This guy is manly enough to hold 3 purses and grow an entire beard overnight!

He’s steadfast, a loyal friend, devoted husband, and gifted singer, song writer and guitar player.

In a crowd, he’s the one that actually has the patience to hear me and get my jokes! I love that about him!

This month, I’m celebrating 19 years with Salon del Sol.

I still love doing hair, but what I love more is the long time clients that are some of my best friends.

I am thankful for amazing coworkers and a manager that is literally the glue that holds it all together!

I am excited because soon I’ll be dropping back to two days in the salon so I can spend more time helping people get healthy and growing our home improvement business!
