Fall, meet burrata. 🍂

Our new Pumpkin Spice Burrata pairs a rich, creamy center with warm notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Try it with prosciutto and fig jam, over roasted squash, or with a drizzle of hot honey and crushed amaretti.

A seasonal favorite from our family to your table, available for a limited time.

Hamden’s Bounty 🍕🌿

A pizza that celebrates the best of Hamden.

Our Hamden’s Bounty starts with sweet tomato confit, roasted garlic, and mozzarella, then is topped with locally grown zucchini and eggplant from Hindinger Farms, finished with creamy smoked ricotta from Liuzzi’s Cheese.

This special is more than just great pizza, it’s a tribute to two iconic, family-owned Hamden businesses that have been serving our community for generations. Supporting local has never tasted so good.

Available for a limited time. Come experience the bounty of Hamden, one slice at a time.

Still dreaming about that chicken parm Colten made 😍 Our weekly deliveries from @modernmilkman_usa over the last month gave us everything from dinner inspo, to filling breakfasts and tasty snacks! One of our favorite parts was getting to explore local products that we may not have known about otherwise and getting to incorporate them into our daily meals! I know a few of you expressed that you had been curious to try Modern Milkman for a while too, so if you’re ready to check them out, head to modernmilkman.com and use my code “HEYFOODOFCT” for 20% off your first 4 weeks of deliveries 🫶 You can also head to the link in my bio and the code will auto apply! Thanks for following along on our little weekly recaps - we look forward to showing off more of Colten’s home cooking and future grocery hauls with local products 🥰 taken in Connecticut by @liuzzicheese

It’s Tuesday, which means another @modernmilkman_usa delivery 🙌 Our second delivery was the week of Memorial Day, so we kept things on the lighter side. We snacked on @smithscountrycheese, made brown butter chocolate chip cookies using @liuzzicheese unsalted butter, and had a delicious dinner with @durantepasta stuffed shells and homemade meatballs using @pvfredangus ground beef.

Interested in trying Modern Milkman? Use my code “HEYFOODOFCT” at modernmilkman.com for 20% off your first 4 weeks, or head to the link in my bio for the code to auto-apply! taken in Modern Milkman US by @liuzzicheese
