Indigo, in The New York Times. 💙

"The Cure for Loneliness May Lie in a Suburban Duplex."

The New York Times recently spent time at Indigo, getting to know the people and places that are bringing our community to life.

The resulting feature takes a closer look at more than the homes that make up Indigo. It explores the connections happening between them—neighbors becoming friends, gatherings at Della, resident clubs, walkable streets, the farm, and the everyday moments that make a neighborhood feel like somewhere you belong.

At the heart of the story is an idea that has shaped Indigo from the beginning: what if a neighborhood was designed to make belonging a little easier?

But perhaps our favorite part is seeing the people who call Indigo home at the center of it all. Because ultimately, they're the ones making this place what it is.

We're proud to see Indigo—and the community growing here—featured in The New York Times.

A Saturday well spent at Indigo Farm. 🌱 💐

Last weekend, our volunteers traded their Saturday morning for fresh air, fresh-cut flowers and a little time together at the farm. After gathering blooms, they headed back to @dellacoffeeandwine to turn their harvest into colorful bouquets—some to take home and others to share with the community through Della's market.

Want to spend your Saturday with us? Volunteer Saturday returns October 10, and we'd love to have you join us at Indigo Farm. Come lend a hand, meet your neighbors and see what's growing right here in the community.

From front porches to farm-fresh finds, it was a little taste of what we mean by Full Bellied Living.

Some of the best parts of a neighborhood are found in the little details. 🌿

Front porches made for slowing down, winding paths that connect neighbors, places to gather, and a little personality along the way.

This is what porch side living looks like at Indigo.
