We spend a third of our lives in bed.

Deep sleep is when collagen production increases, hormones regulate, and cellular repair actually happens. It is also when your skin barrier restores and inflammation levels drop.
So yes, I care what I’m laying on for eight hours.

Most conventional mattresses are built with synthetic foams and chemical fire barriers. They can trap heat, affect airflow, and increase overall chemical load in your sleep environment.
Overheating alone can increase cortisol and contribute to dull, stressed skin over time. Breathable materials matter more than people realize.

We upgraded to organic cotton, natural wool, and certified organic latex instead, breathable materials that support deeper, cooler sleep.

Low-tox living is not about perfection.
It is about reducing what you can, especially in the spaces you spend the most time in.

If you have been thinking about upgrading your mattress, this is a good time.

If you think organic means sacrificing comfort… think again.

The Birch Elite Natural mattress brings that plush, hotel-level feel while keeping things natural and responsibly sourced.

What’s inside:
• Organic cotton + natural wool + organic latex
• Zoned coils for extra support where you need it most
• Reinforced edges so the whole bed is usable
• No fiberglass
• GREENGUARD Gold certified + GOLS certified

It’s the kind of mattress that feels elevated and good for you the second you lie down. 🌿✨
