It’s your holistic approach to your movement and wellness by @livelikeliv_method

Scary one for me to post …..

The biggest difference between the young girl on the left and ya gal on the right

My mindset…..

In the picture on the left I was 19 and felt like the only way to stay in shape was to do endless cardio and eat salad whilst watch what the Victoria Secret models were doing

The picture on the right was taken a few months ago. Now I don’t train to just “stay in shape” I train because I feel totally empowered AND confident.

Learning how to lift weights, properly fuel my body has been the GREATEST lesson I have EVER learnt.

I am now able to educate other women the correct ways to sustainably increase confidence, build muscles, eat the foods they love and ENJOY the journey

It’s the biggest reason I quit the corporate world to help others feel the best they have ever felt

If you feel like your can relate to either of these pictures drop me a DM with the word “journey”

Who’s guilty of putting “do a pull up” on their 2026 goals list? 🙋‍♀️

And have you actually done one yet? …Yeah, I thought so

Here’s the thing: pull ups are SO much more achievable when you train for them properly. Watch the video, start adding this into your training plan, and you’ll be doing one by the end of the year 💪 by @livelikeliv_method

SO many of my clients tell me they don’t have time to spend even an hour in the gym, so I’ve created this 30 minute arm workout that’ll still help you see progress and build muscle 💪

A conventional deadlift and an RDL are NOT the same thing 🙅‍♀️

It’s something I see so many of my clients mix up, so I’ve broken down how to do a proper deadlift, with the correct form

It’s never the workout plan. It’s never the meal plan either.

It’s consistency over perfection, every single time. It’s letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset and it’s realising you can also enjoy the process rather than forcing yourself into it and hating the journey

The women who actually get the best results are the ones who stop overcomplicating it.

and this is exactly what I help my clients do! I teach them how to live a balanced life where they aren’t dictated by calories or doing 6 workouts a week so they burn out and give up

Has it always been your aim to be able to do a press up in the gym? well same…and this is what I did to be able to achieve the goal. Do this for the next 4 months & I guarantee you’ll be able to do a pull up by December! by @livelikeliv_method
