The planet is our playground, and it’s our responsibility to protect it! DISTRICT DETOX, our annual Earth Month initiative, is our effort to restore and safeguard the place we call home.

Each year this movement grows and the impact multiplies. On Saturday several teams competed to collect the most trash around Anacostia Park and Riverwalk Trail — making it a fun morning of movement while also serving the community. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who played a part!

Huge thanks to all the teams that participated and to our partners who helped make it special morning!

INDUSTRY NIGHT! 🪩🏋🏾‍♀️🚀

It doesn’t get much better than having DC’s favorite coaches and community leaders together for a fun night at Club VYTL! The energy in the room last night was so rare!

Friday Night was such a special experience for us all. Every stride mattered and every heart beat with pink pride. 🩷 We ran and walked, smiled and laughed, and we didn’t just reach our fundraising goal, we surpassed it!! Powered by purpose, we showed what happens when movement becomes meaning. Movement is VYTL.

Next Friday we Run for a Cure! To close out Breast Cancer Awareness Month, VYTL is partnering with ASICS for a 2-mile Sunset Run/Walk on Friday, October 24. We’ll take off from Union Market (outside of WØRK DC) at 6pm, then return to the studio for refreshments, music, and community time. We’ll move together in honor of survivors, in memory of loved ones, and in solidarity with those still fighting.

Welcome to VYTL’s newest experience, FLO STATE — uniquely crafted for and by the modern athlete. Centered around our 3rd pillar, Restoration, WØRKFLO is a change of pace for athletes who have been pushing their bodies’ limits through various forms of training; allowing us to reset and recharge for the week ahead.
