Vocal Impro mit Julia Radschiner und Lisa Härtter: Zwei Stimmen, viel Harmonie und viele verschiedene Einflüsse. Julia Radschiner (Wien) und Lisa Härtter (Laufen) verzaubern das Publikum mit improvisiertem Gesang. Mit Hilfe einer Loopstation kreieren sie im Moment einen ganzen Acapellachor. Mal groovy, mal ruhig, mal viel Harmonien, mal ganz einfach.

Unter dem Titel “Golden Hour” präsentiert Julia Radschiner ein atmosphärisches Programm aus Eigenkompositionen mit jazzigen Harmonieen, das musikalische Wärme, Leichtigkeit und emotionale Tiefe vereint – eine Einladung zum Innehalten, Lauschen und Mitfühlen.

Creating is crossing into the unknown. In every sound, in every breath, there is an invitation to let go of control and trust the flow. In the workshop in Germany, we experienced once again this meeting between voice, body, and spirit — where improvisation is not about technique, but about presence.

Improvising through voice and body means facing deep challenges: the fear of making mistakes, the inner judgment, the urge to hide. But it is precisely in this place of vulnerability that truth is born. When we allow ourselves to feel before thinking, something greater begins to guide — and the music is no longer made, it simply happens.

And in the midst of this process, joy is inevitable. The joy of recognizing ourselves as free, of connecting with one another beyond words, of accessing an energy that cannot be explained — only experienced. Gratitude for every exchange, every silence, and every sound shared.

Sometimes things hit hard.
Life comes with intense experiences.
We find ourselves navigating the unexpected.
Learning from the unpredicted.
Observing the spontaneous.
Staying in the present.

If things feel too difficult, sing.
If something puts you down, move.
If you’re triggered enough, smile.
And if you feel inspired,
Stay for a while.

When the pieces seem to not fit,
Keep being creative.
When polarized extremes are lit,
Collaborate even more.
When you think that’s it,
Look a bit further.
There’s always more.
Of that you can be sure.

A few days ago, we finished our Circle Song retreat in Ruhpolding (the second one to date), surrounded by some beautiful nature - the Bavarian Alpine foothills. The (human) nature of each participant also accounted for the magic that was experienced throughout the entire time. The group bonded really well, we saw some transformational moments and breakthroughs, and we experienced some exquisite improvised music. What a pleasure to be together and to develop such impactful dynamics. We had circles, games, experiences, a concert and an open mic, and we shared and co-created a lot. Leaving with a full heart is always a positive indicator. 🤍

Thank you for your presence and for your trust. This is what improvisation is about. 🎵

Good thing that we already have dates for next year’s edition: 4th to the 7th of September, 2026. Bookmark it on your calendar, as we’re sure it’s going to be special. 🇩🇪

@lizen_voice erzählt über die traumatische Geburt ihres Sohnes. Von abwertenden Bemerkungen bis hin zu physischen Übergriffen war die Geburt ein wahrer Albtraum. Was eigentlich einer der schönsten Momente sein sollte, wurde zum absoluten Horror.

Das bin ich. Lisa Härtter - @lizen_voice , diejenige, die hinter dem Circlesongs Retreat steckt. Seit diesem Jahr stolze Mama eines kleinen Buben. Leidenschaftliche Sängerin und hauptberuflich selbstständige Logopädin und Stimmtherapeutin.

Circlesongs sind seit vielen Jahren ein wichtiger und fester Bestandteil meines Lebens.

Ich leite wöchentlich Circlesongs in meinem Heimatort, gebe Workshops im Circlesinging und organisiere wieder mein Herzensprojekt, das 2. Circlesongs Retreat in den bayerischen Alpen in Deutschland.

13.-16. Juni 2025

Circlesongs bedeuten für mich:
Freude, Leichtigkeit im Musizieren, Freiheit, Verbundenheit, in Kontakt treten - mit sich selbst und anderen.

Ich lernte unter anderem bei Bobby McFerrin und seiner Circlesongs School in den USA und absolvierte das teachertraining von música do círculo in Brasilien, besuchte Workshops bei Sofia Ribeiro, Juan Ospina and Nessi Gomes.

Jetzt freue mich, mit @rizumik und @edusattajah das 2. Circlesongs Retreat im @labenbachhof zu veranstalten.

That’s me. Lisa Härtter - @lizen_voice , the person behind the Circlesongs Retreat. Proud mother of a little boy since this year. Passionate singer and self-employed speech and voice therapist.

Circlesongs have been an important and integral part of my life for many years.

I lead weekly Circlesongs in my hometown, give workshops in circle singing and am once again organizing my heart’s project, the 2nd Circlesongs Retreat in the Bavarian Alps in Germany.

For me, Circlesongs mean:
Joy, ease in making music, freedom, connection, getting in touch - with yourself and others.

Among other things, I learned from Bobby McFerrin and his Circlesongs School in the USA and completed the teacher training at música do círculo in Brazil, attended workshops with Sofia Ribeiro, Juan Ospina and Nessi Gomes.

Now I’m looking forward to hosting the 2nd Circlesongs Retreat at @labenbachhof with @rizumik and @edusattajah.
