My VIRAL shrimp tostadas are back! 🍤🔥🌮

One of the biggest things that helped me lose 160 lbs naturally was learning how to track my food instead of restricting everything I love! 🙌🏼

You can absolutely enjoy delicious meals like these and still reach your goals. It’s all about understanding what you’re eating, staying consistent, and finding balance! 💕

That’s why I love using the @loseitapp to track my meals, calories, and protein while still enjoying my favorite foods!

I wouldn’t have been able to lose 160 pounds naturally in a year if I didn’t stick to my calorie deficit and stay consistent with my 10k steps a day. This is your sign that you can do it!

Yes, it’s crazy to think that one day I just woke up and decided I was actually going to do it this time.

I had no idea that one decision would take me from 330 lbs to 170 lbs. I just knew I was tired of saying “I’ll start tomorrow” and wanted something different for myself.

One decision. Then consistency. Then another day. And another. 🤍

Money can’t buy happiness… but it can buy my inositol 😂

A little backstory: inositol became part of my daily routine during my weight loss journey, and I’ve stayed consistent with it ever since. I was dealing with things like feeling bloated and an irregular cycle before I really started locking in, so adding inositol was one of the things I wanted to incorporate into my routine.

I’ve taken it consistently throughout my journey and it’s definitely one of my daily staples now 🤍

I use @growpeaches Inositol use code LIZNHALF for 10% off!

“I wish I could lose weight like you” is something I used to say too. But the reality is, I had to stop wishing and start doing. 330 lbs → 170 lbs, naturally. It wasn’t easy, but I stayed consistent.

330 lbs → 170 lbs 🤯 I didn’t get here overnight. I built a routine, stuck to my calorie deficit, got my 10k steps in, and stayed consistent with my supplements along the way. @growpeaches has been part of my routine throughout my journey 🤍 Use my link in my bio for 10% off!

What I eat in a day after losing 160 lbs naturally ✨

One of the biggest things that changed my journey was realizing I didn’t have to eat “perfect” I just needed to be consistent and actually know what I was eating.

I use @loseitapp to track my meals, stay on top of my goals, and keep ALL of my progress in one place. Seeing how far I’ve come right inside the app is honestly one of my favorite parts 🥹

POV: My husband and I locked in together to become the healthiest versions of ourselves 🤍

He supported me through my 160-pound weight loss journey, and having someone beside you who wants to grow, get healthier, and become better with you makes the journey so much easier. 🥹🔒

Find someone who will cheer you on through every version of you. ❤️

First they laugh at you, then they ask you how you did it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The reality is, I did it naturally. It took a LOT of hard work, consistency, discipline, and showing up for myself even when it was hard. 330 lbs → 170 lbs. 💕

Losing 150 lbs taught me one thing… I’m NOT spending my whole life meal prepping 😂👏🏽

I need meals that make hitting my protein goals easy, especially on the days when I simply do not feel like cooking. @dawgfoodofficial has been coming THROUGH ,real ingredients, ready in minutes, and this meal has 50g of protein for around 307 calories?! 👀

Because consistency > making this harder than it needs to be. 🤌🏽
