Merry Christmas and Happy New Year QB family…
The Terrell family has been having a lot of fun going through the video archives from the “Golden Age” of SUP and we realized not enough people have seen them. So over the next few months we want to release them to you. Quickblade is a family above anything else and these videos beautifully encapsulate that. Special thank you to Chris Aguilar @finfilmcompany for all he did in capturing these moments and telling our story. So stay tuned for some of the adventures from over the years with the QB team. There’s a whole lot of training hard, going fast, and most importantly having fun. Thank you to everyone who has helped shape QB since 1989 into what it is today and to those who continue to represent QB. We love you all and hope you enjoy….stay tuned.

Jimmy Terrell @jimmytqb is a legend in the world of paddling and paddle innovation.

4x Olympic sprint canoeist, ultra distance marathon paddler and instrumental in SUP from earliest days; Jimmy has done it all on the water and built the paddles to do it, for everyone including for the best athletes in the world. @qbpaddles

A master craftsman in wood and composite materials, Jimmy is constantly pushing the innovation envelope and creating incredible stuff. All of this while being a humble, cool, and funny family man, always surrounded by legends of sport.

Who does not love this time of year when kids are back in school and when the first buzz flys overhead we smile here in Newport Shores … beaches are open … trash isn’t in the streets … we can park cars …. It’s all part of Fall with the buzz of the planes … I take a moment to say “ahhhhhhh”
