Here is a sweet review from clients whom I have worked with now for over six years. They are both lawyers and just the sharpest yet sweetest most down to earth people. I really appreciate clients who appreciate the work that we do as realtors. Thanks, Chad And Kathleen as always, it was a pleasure working with you! #ranchtocoastexpectthemost #ranchtocoastexceptionalresults #sandiegorealtor #listwithlucienne #willisallenrealestate #willisallen by @llastovic

The rain couldn’t stop a great weekend of festivities for the marriage of Dominic DeRosa’s son Alexander and his beautiful new wife Josie at Sea Island. 🏝️ Dominic was a fraternity brother of Chris’s in college, and this group of guys has been friends to this day. It was so cool seeing all of Alexander’s groomsmen following in their dad’s footsteps with friendships that will last a lifetime. Gorgeous wedding. 💒 Special couple! #ssi #saintsimons #saintsimonsisland #seaislandwedding seaislandwed by @llastovic

It’s summer somewhere… at least it is for today! We are just not quite ready for summer to be over yet. How about you? Today I took the golf cart to east beach with a friend then hiked through some oaks mixed with palms down a windy trail to some sand dunes. We caught an hang glider in action in the sky and a tiny fiddler crab on the ground. The sand bar went out forever and the water was so warm. I’ve discovered how beautiful September is in the southeast. The humidity and heat subside. and it now feels like July in California. I can’t wait to see what October brings. #ssi #saintsimonsnewcomer #saintsimonsseptember #saintsimonsbeachday by @llastovic

Secret little oath to east beach in Saint Simons island. This island is sort of like a mix between Hawaii, Bermuda, and Paso Robles there’s nowhere in California that I know of except for in the north part of the state where the boat trees meet the beach. 🏖️ #ssi #saintsimonsisland by @llastovic

One of the most special women and mothers I know and I am so blessed to be on this beautiful island in Georgia with her and her wonderful husband who we always called Prince John! She is about to be a grandmother to 10! I have known her since she first went off to college a few years ahead of me. Love you Marcia. by @llastovic

This is not the picture I expected to get from Chris and his pals who left for a fishing trip south of New Orleans two days ago! No, they did not catch this fella, but they ran into an alligator Hunter at the marina who did. This animal was 11‘9“ and over 440 pounds. taken in Venice Marina by @llastovic
