A new era of Miami living arrives with the debut of @wynwoodplazaresidences, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use campus redefining the city’s iconic arts district. ✨

@llholdingco and @oakrowequities have opened Wynwood Plaza, a vibrant community anchored by luxury residences, a Class AAA office tower, and a lush half-acre public plaza. “Wynwood Plaza perfectly exemplifies Miami’s unique live-work-play lifestyle,” said David Levinson and Robert Lapidus of L&L, while Oak Row founders Erik Rutter and David Weitz noted they “exceeded expectations” in creating a best-in-class destination. With @amazon anchoring the office tower and wellness-driven amenities throughout, the development is already emerging as a major commercial hub.

The 509-unit Wynwood Plaza Residences offer expansive amenities, from rooftop sports courts and multiple pools to co-working lounges and a spa-inspired fitness center. Designed by @fieldoperations, the public spaces feature art installations, native landscaping, and a welcoming paseo soon to be lined with curated shops and dining—led by the upcoming Luca Steak from chef @grapicavoli.

In 2017, L&L took the visionary role as the developer of the iconic @tsxbroadway, partnering with Fortress Investment Group, embarking on a journey of transformation with a redevelopment cost of an astounding 2.5 billion dollars. Today, we proudly stand at the realization of our ambition - a testament to unwavering dedication and creativity.

From the project's inception, our mission was clear: to offer brands an unparalleled canvas for innovation at the very heart of Times Square. On July 18th, our hard work and diligence converged into reality as @postmalone graced the stage for the first time, captivating the audience with unreleased tracks from his highly anticipated album. This groundbreaking event will reshape the music industry, and TSX is destined to be the catalyst for the future of performances in Times Square.

With our partner @columbiacxp, we are celebrating the topping off of the six-story vertical expansion of @terminalwarehouse - a 1.3 million SF groundscraper in the heart of West Chelsea.

Originally built in 1891, Terminal Warehouse occupies an entire Manhattan block from 11th to 12th Avenue and 27th to 28th Street adjacent to the Hudson River.

In collaboration with architectural firm @cookfox we are honoring Terminal's storied history and connection to Hudson Yards and West Chelsea by converting the industrial era landmark into a next generation workplace for thought-leaders.

“Terminal Warehouse combines the sort of authenticity and diversity of office product types and sizes that will appeal to a wide range of innovation-powered companies – from inventive startups to corporate titans. The largest retrospective spanning the oeuvre of @officialnormanfoster’s work over the last six decades has opened at @centrepompidou, Paris. The exhibition explores Lord Foster’s work through an unprecedented selection of his sketches and drawings and the prism of seven themes: Nature and Urbanity; Skin and Bones; Vertical City; History and Tradition; Planning and Places; Networks and Mobility and Future.

Our Chairman and CEO, David Levinson, was invited to visit Paris for the exhibition opening and to see @425parkavenue on display amongst other iconic creations by Norman Foster. We are honored to have 425 Park Avenue showcased and in the spotlight at this internationally renowned museum. This dynamic campus we are creating will enrich the vibrant Wynwood neighborhood that surrounds it, and serve as a nexus of culture, community, creativity, and more.

Yesterday, we along with Foster + Partners, Tokyu Land Corporation, and BentallGreenOak celebrated the grand opening of 425 Park Avenue. With our partners, we have built the unbuildable and added a jewel to the Manhattan skyline. Thank you to all involved in this incredible project!
