#NWA 🔵 After literal YEARS of pump-faking myself, I am glad to say I finally joined the IWC crew and added the Pilot Mark XX to the rotation. Crazy to say that after over a decade of collecting, this is my FIRST blue dialed watch.

I am happy to report that the new @forstnerofficial J (with submariner endlinks) does in fact work on a 116500LN. While Forstner does not list the 116500 as a compatible model, I would say it’s about a 90% “good enough” fit with these endlinks with only the slightest of gaps visible at certain angles. I’m sure Forstner has more suitable endlinks for the 116500 in their lineup but… this is “good enough” for me (for now) 🤟

Update and status report for the FXD:
1. Caseback has been engraved with the airport codes relevant to my honeymoon
2. Sapphire Crystal took a couple massive hits…there are visible chips and hairline scratches 😂😂😂
3. Even though there are a few areas of wear and tear, the titanium has otherwise held up remarkably well.
