I find comfort in the fact that not one single thing is forever. The only constant is change. This is a reminder to enjoy the beautiful moments fully, and to keep your head up during the chaos because no matter what, it too shall pass. Nothing is as extreme or as permanent as our mind makes it to be, so cling to nothing & go with the flow. Remind yourself, everything is a single delicate touch away from changing. 💙🌊

Somewhere along the way, we started treating natural foot function like it was the unusual choice. 👣

Our feet were built to move, spread, flex, grip, balance, and actually feel the ground beneath us. Yet we spend most of our lives on flat surfaces with our feet confined, cushioned, and supported—then wonder why they’ve forgotten how to do their job.

Going barefoot, using toe spacers, balancing, playing outside, and exploring uneven terrain isn’t extreme. It’s simply giving your feet more opportunities to move the way they were designed to.

Take off your shoes. Get your feet in the dirt. Climb, balance, play, explore. 🌿

Sometimes getting back to basics is the most radical thing we can do.

Training hard is only half the equation. The recovery in between is what keeps me feeling good and showing up for the next session. 🧖🏽‍♀️

Lately, my favorite post-workout reset has been a little sauna time with my @badesofa_usa mat, pillow + waffle towel. I love that they’re made with high quality organic cotton — I’m always drawn to natural, breathable fibers, especially when they’re sitting directly against my skin while I’m sweating it out.

There’s something about slowing down, getting warm, and giving my body a chance to actually recover that I’ve come to really appreciate.

And honestly… anything that makes a hardwood sauna bench more comfortable is a win. 😂

PNW maxxxing - Day 1 🌲🌊⛰️🌿

Hoh rainforest, Beach 4, Ruby Beach, Hall of Mosses, Tree of life, Crescent Lake, and too many banana slugs to count.

It was a refreshing break from the heatwave at home, to be in a 50 degree rainforest touching all the mosses and overloading on greenery. I’m already planning my next trip back 😜

I can’t believe I found something cooler than farmers markets. 🥹🍎

Shopping for your neighbors’ homegrown fruits and veggies is not only sustainable, but so convenient. I found someone nearby selling fresh pomegranates on PickFresh, picked them up, and now I have my favorite fruit for breakfast every morning. ❤️

From one urban gardener to another, I love the idea of keeping good food local, supporting the people growing it, and making the most of what’s being grown right around us. 🌱

Basically… your neighbor’s backyard might be your new favorite grocery store. 😋
