Imagine having Rome all to yourself. ❤️🇮🇹

No crowds around the Trevi Fountain. No noise filling the streets. No rushing from one monument to the next.

Just you, the magical silence, and centuries of history standing right in front of you.

There’s something almost surreal about experiencing Rome at sunrise. Places you’ve seen in thousands of photographs suddenly feel completely different.

You notice the details. You hear your own footsteps. You experience the city in a way you never imagined possible.

And for a few precious hours, Rome feels like it belongs entirely to you. 🌅

That’s exactly why we created our Sunrise Tour in Rome. Not simply to show you the city’s most iconic places, but to give you the chance to experience their beauty without the crowds, in the peaceful early morning hours.

Because sometimes the most extraordinary travel memories aren’t about what you see.

They’re about how a place makes you feel.

Who would you want to share this magical morning with? ❤️

Day 16 💬 Things Italy has taught us to appreciate … talking to strangers.

At the bar, in line at the pharmacy, waiting somewhere … conversations can start with people you’ve never met before.

Sometimes they last two minutes. Sometimes they make your day. ❤️

Italy has taught us not to shut the world out completely. Take the earphones out once in a while. You never know who you might meet.

Do you talk to strangers easily?

🚄 Trenitalia or Italo? What’s the difference, and which one should you choose when traveling around Italy?

Both offer high-speed trains, but Trenitalia also operates regional and local services. And not every Italian city is connected by high-speed rail!

Knowing the difference can make planning your train journeys around Italy a whole lot easier. 😉

Have you traveled with either one?

Day 15 🍕 Things Italy has taught us to appreciate … sharing what’s on the table.

“Try this.” “Taste mine.” “Let’s swap a piece.”

Sharing food is such a natural part of eating together in Italy. It turns a meal into something more communal, where everyone gets to taste a little of everything. ❤️

Are you someone who loves sharing food, or is your plate strictly yours? 😂

🫒 Bitter olive oil has gone bad. Extra virgin is just marketing. All Italian olive oils are the same.

FALSE, FALSE and FALSE! 😂

How much do we REALLY know about extra virgin olive oil? Turns out, some of the things we thought we knew weren’t true either!

🎧 In our latest Local Aromas from Italy podcast episode, we’re busting olive oil myths and sharing what we’ve learned!

Which of these myths have you believed?

Not drinking alcohol in Italy? You can still enjoy aperitivo! 🍹🇮🇹

In Italy, ordering an analcolico (a non-alcoholic drink) doesn’t mean missing out on one of our favorite traditions.

From the bittersweet flavors of Crodino and Sanbittèr to the unmistakable taste of chinotto, there’s a whole world of Italian non-alcoholic drinks to discover.

Because aperitivo isn’t really about alcohol. It’s about slowing down, enjoying something delicious, and spending time together. ❤️

So next time you’re in Italy, don’t just ask for water or a soda. Try an Italian analcolico!

Day 14 🎁 Things Italy has taught us to appreciate … never showing up empty-handed.

A bottle of wine, pastries, flowers, a little something for the table. It doesn’t have to be big or expensive.

It’s simply a way of saying: thank you for having me. ❤️

That small gesture of thoughtfulness can make someone feel appreciated before the evening even begins.

Do you usually bring something when you’re invited over?

Day 13 🍝 Things Italy has taught us to appreciate … making time to gather.

Sunday lunch may look different today. Families are busier, traditions change, and it doesn’t always mean hours around the table.

But the important part remains: finding a reason to stop and be together. ❤️

It’s never really just about the food. It’s about the people around it.

Does your family have a meal that brings everyone together?

🍷 Did you know that Chianti has a story involving two knights, a rooster and a VERY questionable race? 😂🐓

Legend has it that Florence and Siena settled a border dispute with a rather unusual competition. And a hungry black rooster helped change the outcome!

That’s just one of the stories behind the famous Black Rooster of Chianti Classico.

Had you ever heard this legend?

Day 12 🌱 Things Italy has taught us to appreciate … knowing where our food comes from.

A piece of Parmigiano Reggiano, good olive oil, even salt … they mean more when you know the place, people, and work behind them. ❤️

Italy has taught us that understanding what we eat changes how we taste it, and how much we value it.

Do you know the story behind the food you eat?
