LOCALE FIRENZE -THE RESTAURANT.

Led by Executive Chef @simone_caponnetto_ , the kitchen draws from Tuscan roots and stretches far beyond them-shaped by travels from Spain to Japan to England. The result is a cuisine that feels instinctive, eclectic, and daring.

Recognized within the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years, the restaurant continues to evolve through the vision and instinct of the chef. The menu changes with the seasons, guided by what is available, what feels right, and what is yet to be explored.

Alongside this, Locale Firenze’s restaurant hosts a series of collaborations with chefs from around the world-four-hands dinners with notable chefs, where different perspectives meet and create something entirely new.

The kitchen at Locale Firenze is a whimsical puzzle of experiences, travels, and intuition. A multi-sensory journey that invites guests to let go, trust, and follow their senses.

LOCALE FIRENZE - THE BAR.

Set inside a 15th-century palace in the heart of Florence, our bar brings together heritage, research, and a contemporary approach to drinking. Recognized for consecutive years among The World’s 50 Best Bars, our work begins with what is local and seasonal, and evolves through constant experimentation.

Our cocktail lists change with time, built on regional ingredients and shaped by a balance of traditional methods and modern techniques-always aiming to create something expressive, while remaining connected to the classics.

We maintain an ongoing dialogue with the international bar community, hosting guest shifts from leading bars and traveling to share our perspective beyond Florence.

As of last year, our historic basement opened its doors to a more experimental space- @labo.ttega.locale for only a few nights a week. Here, bar and kitchen work closely together, exploring fermentation, distillation, and pairings in a more intimate and research-driven environment.
