The views might catch your attention first, but there’s plenty more to love at One Park Place.

This spacious, south-facing condo offers an upper-floor perspective of historic Midtown, tall ceilings, and expansive windows that bring in beautiful natural light. Updated quartz counters, tile backsplashes, and faucets give the kitchen and primary bath a fresh feel.

You’ll also find space for an office, a large laundry room, two parking spaces, AND a rare storage space.

Add 24-hour building security, two pools, two hot tubs, fitness facilities, and wine lockers, and there’s a lot to enjoy without leaving home.

Want to see those views in person? Reach out to schedule a tour.

Different photos. Different hairstyles. A few more people on the team and 𝗪𝗔𝗬 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀.

But go all the way back to the beginning and you’ll find the same thing: 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿.

And yes, we’re very glad team photos have evolved. 😉

39 degrees on a Saturday? That sounds like pasta + red wine weather to us. 🍝🍷

A little late notice because some of these spots book up fast, but if you can snag a reservation tonight, do it. And if not, save this list for your next night out.

These are the KC spots we recommend when someone asks where to go for really good pasta—some longtime favorites, some newer finds, and a few dishes we order every single time.

Tell us what we missed. 🍝

A new baby, a move to Kansas City, and their very first home—this sweet couple had quite a year.

We started talking and looking at homes while they were still living in Lincoln, Nebraska. Along the way, they welcomed their first baby, made the move to KC, and we got to spend time figuring out what home would look like for their growing family.

Like so many first-time buyers, they started with an idea of what they wanted. As we toured homes and talked things through, that picture became clearer. We found a home that made sense for how they live now and this next chapter together.

One of my favorite parts? Getting to meet their extended family at showings, too.

I’m so happy for this family and grateful I got to be part of their move. And to the past client who connected us—thank you. It means so much when you trust me with your people.

Walk to Whole Foods for groceries. Head east to Crestwood for shopping and dinner. Go west for coffee at Mildred’s @mildredskc , a workout at @powerlife, or some fresh air at Loose Park.

Get your steps in on the Trolley Trail, or hop on the streetcar and see where the evening takes you.

This is what we mean when we say location. 📍

At 5127 Walnut St, classic charm comes with room for real life: hardwood floors, natural light, an open kitchen, main-floor laundry, and a finished walk-out basement. Space to host, work from home, and settle in—with plenty of reasons to head back out.

3 bedrooms | 2 full + 2 half baths

Want a closer look? Message us to schedule your tour.

In no particular order, cooked or raw, hand rolls or sashimi - we like it all! 🍣

We love eating all over the Kansas City metro, trying new restaurants, sharing our favorite spots and getting recommendations from you along the way.

These are some of the sushi spots we keep coming back to.

Comment your favorite + share this for your next sushi night. 🍱
