We’ve now set up an automatic multi-purchase discount on all our 10ml oils so that if you add 4 to your basket, you will only pay for 3 at checkout (no code needed). Free delivery too when you spend £40 or more.

To make this easier to do, we have a new listing where you can purchase all oil blends in 10ml bottles from the drop down menu bar. Go to the home page of our website to find this.

Needless to say it moved me more than Kota 😂 but in her defence as well as Recharging you this blend is perfect for deep relaxation too, and a little fact (we’re not gatekeeping this) it’s the scent of our packaging!

Small business have you ever had a similar thing happen to you? Let us know in the comments so we don’t feel like the only ones…

Over a year ago we had to abruptly change the name of one of our blends due to a email threatening legal action we were so frightened that we left many of you guessing the actual blend and what caused the uproar. Now time has passed we feel sufficiently confident that we can disclose more details without getting into trouble.

So it started when a customer who previously brought the thieves blend from the global company called young living asked us for a similar blend, as they could no longer afford to pay around £50 (😱) for their usual oil. This customer had developed great confidence in the quality of our oil blends and our £14 price was a lot more affordable for their budget.

We had already begun looking at creating a similar blend but adding more oils into our blend to make it (in our opinion) even more effective.

We called our blend Therapeutic Thieves and boy did this blend take off, after purchasing one bottle many customers came back and purchased even more, it grew to the point where on google it seemed to appear first on some people’s searches even though we don’t pay for ads.

We think this must have caused us to come to the attention of the company who issued us with a very strongly worded email threatening legal action. Sadly the timing of this was horrendous I’d just lost my dad and even though it felt unfair (our blend had different oils in and the name, was we thought, noticeably different with the addition of the word therapeutic) but I had no fight and so immediately took off the offending blend from all products in our website and every mention of it on our social media.

We eventually renamed the blend calling it Therapeutic Clean and steadily it has regained its followers, but we never really liked the new name 🤦‍♀️ so as we are in the process of having a new design of our labels we thought let’s change the name.

Although until the new labels are ready it still will be called Therapeutic Clean it will soon be known as Botanical Clean. What do you think, do you like the new name? by @lock_latch

We are shocked as we won another award like this last year. No payment is made to get this award it’s by an independent awards committee and truly the only way we get noticed is by our customers recommendation to others.

We may have a reasonably big followers account but we are still a small family run business who doesn’t pay for flashy advertisements so this means the world to us and we thank you very much for this and for keeping us extremely busy with all your orders and trusting us with your aromatherapy needs. 🌱 by @lock_latch

Let’s face it our bathrooms take a battering in the odour department!

Apart from the obvious, we can have the aroma of what can be a damp bathroom after someone’s taking a long shower or bath.

Here at our home, we find it especially whiffy after showering our dogs down in the bath-don’t come at us we don’t have a separate dog shower-even though we clean the bath immediately the damp dog smell persists.

That’s why we use certain of our blends that don’t just mask aromas but get rid of them. Blends we use of ours for this that we highly recommend are:

I’m obsessed with this blend!

Remember we were going to discontinue our Clarity blend to make way for a new one and it caused much disappointment for customers who rely on this blend to clean with as it’s so effective (always use diluted) and to help concentration during studying and with exams etc… read to ends for prices of neat oil.

My favourite spot is this leather sofa we’ve had it about 25years it just so comfortable. The chair in the corner was my dads preferred spot so if I sit on it I always think of him 🥹
