After a night on the dance floor at the sangeet, it was time for Ruby and Sarthak’s ceremony 💛 Seeing these two under the mandap with everyone they love around them was something we won’t forget.

Ruby and Sarthak’s Sangeet was one for the books!

We adored working with these two. They were kind, easy to talk to, and made our team feel like part of the family from the very first conversation. As the sun went down, fire pits were lit, @dj__div ‘s beats took us on a ouch no touch ouch journey from the Classic through the Guju bangers, and the dance floor was hot hot hot for the rest of the night 💃💛

More to come!

What a gift it was to spend an afternoon with people who love this industry as much as we do! 🌿 A huge thank you to @forma_mgmt, @sarahbrehantevents, and @lionrockfarm for bringing everyone together for the planner luncheon. It was the best time catching up with so many familiar faces (and meeting a few new ones), and we’re still thinking about those views. Every direction you turn, the landscape does the talking, and it reminded us why couples fall for this property the second they arrive.

And the food! @huntandharvestevents completely spoiled us with a lunch that had everyone going back for seconds and lingering at the table long after the plates were cleared. Afternoons like this are such a joy for us, getting to celebrate the venues and partners who make our clients’ days feel so effortless and so personal.

Linens are one of our favorite places to bring color into a room, and yellow keeps finding its way onto our tables! 💛 These custom linens come from two completely different events, one with a soft, sunny print and the other in a deep golden hue. Having them made let us land on the exact color and pattern each celebration needed instead of settling for something close. We love seeing how the same color can take on a whole new personality from one event to the next!

The bar is where your guests spend so much of the night, where old friends find each other again, where the first round of toasts starts, and where everyone comes back to between songs on the dance floor so it should always be a whole vibe…..

Though all from different events, each and everyone one of these was designed to cohesively match the rest of the event. Some lean bold and dramatic, others are soft and romantic, and each one fit its respective celebration perfectly. When this many eyes are on one spot all night, it should be just as beautiful as everything else your guests see! What features make up your dream bar?

From natural elements to bright colored linens swaying in the breeze of @gathergreene’s open air space, S + J’s wedding reception was one to remember! 💛

Sunny yellow tables paired with deep green napkins made this one of our favorite rooms to set. Once the candles were lit and the sun went down, the whole space felt as joyful as the two of them.

Dreaming about a reception full of color like this one? Tap the link in bio and let’s start planning yours 🌾

Who says escort cards have to be serious?! Classic cards never fail, but adding a little whimsy makes finding your seat feel so much more personal. We are OBSESSED with these vegetable escort cards by @polkpaper 🥕 Your guests will be talking about them all night, and they’re proof that the smallest details really can steal the show!

The season your event falls in gives you more to work with than most realize, and the clients who lean into it end up with a day that feels true to season, fresh, and lush.

Think about everything that shifts with the calendar. Your menu, because what is at peak flavor in September is not what is at peak flavor in February. Your palette, because the light outside is doing something completely different in each of those months and it changes how every color in the room reads. Your venue and how you use it, because a space with terraces and open doors is a different property in June than it is in November. Your florals. Your linens. Even what your guests are comfortable wearing and how long they stay outside before they come in.

We designed an event around sunflowers at the height of their bloom and it worked because everything else was pulling in the same direction. The colors, the light, the food, the way the space opened up. Nothing was fighting the calendar.

That alignment is what we are protecting every time we ask about your date before we talk about anything else. It is the first filter every choice goes through.

So if you have a date in mind (or on the books) and you are not sure how the time of year changes what you should be planning, the link in bio is where we start. 🤍
