You could ask the flowers. The giant ones from @kravetsflowers just may reveal some of our trade secrets to creating a stunning & seamless event filled with personal touches & smiling faces. They may even tell you how all the fire alarms went off inside the building as the ladies were getting ready! The fire department came & we lost 40+ minutes of prep time until we got the “all clear”. However it was all OK because we always build in a minimum of 30 minutes of buffer time for just this sort of unforeseen incident. So yes the flowers may tell you that it was a very “exciting” morning but also that an Ali Barone Event is always elevated, never duplicated and uniquely represents our clients story with the highest level of care , commitment and most of all precision. That expertise leaves our clients at ease on their big day no matter how many fireman try to crash the party! #youcanasktheflowers #hudsonvalleywedding #westchesterwedding #alibaroneevents #firealarm Bride: @biancajade Groom: @josephnewyork Planning, Production & Creative Direction: @alibaroneevents Fresh Floral Decor, Ceiling & lighting @foreverinbloommtkisco Music: @atomicfunkproject Photo: @jpelario Video @elariofilms Content: @dashmediadesign Lead Production Coordination: @lockeprojects Vows: @thevowwhisperer Venue/Catering: @abbeyinnandspa Dance Troupe: @balletnepantlaofficial HAMU: @beautini Brides Blush Dress: @madelinegardner Brides Sparkling Dress: @kyhastudios Grooms Tux: @theblacktux Cake: @everythinglulu Stationary: @alpinecreativegroup Photobooth: @nycphotoparty

We specialize in renting furniture and accessories for events — curating environments and collaborating with designers and planners to shape atmosphere, flow and feeling. We work with furniture, objects and environments — but what we really work with is feeling. How a space holds people. How it encourages connection. How it allows time, presence and emotion to unfold. We’re known for a strong aesthetic eye — layering, texture, pattern, warmth — but our role goes beyond how things look. We help translate intention into atmosphere. That means: – thinking in environments, not pieces – designing for flow, comfort and connection – curating spaces that feel lived-in, not styled – supporting experiences that people can actually sink into We work alongside designers, planners and brands to set the conditions for gathering — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with care. In a culture saturated with noise and surface-level moments, we’re interested in depth. In human connection. In experiences that are felt, not just seen. This is how we work. And what we’re building toward. — Patina Design-informed. Experience-led.

Wintry Series, Part Two. “Proper” welcome floral meets wild abandon at the bar. Mocha amaryllis warms guests upon arrival, while unruly bar brambles remind us to be a little adventurous. The night is young, after all. Refined and yet intentionally raw. Sweet white quince paired with almost expired clematis puffs, prickly Carolina sapphire dancing with delicate nerine lilies. Look closely to find that balance exists, even in a wintry landscape.

Leaning into the season with wintry textures and divine, snow white hellebores. The tones were cool, and the materials beautifully raw. Yet the warmth we created at this Scandinavian inspired table was both inviting and refreshingly explorative.
