Ordaining as a monk has changed my life, forever. The gratitude in which runs through the fibres of my being for all things in life stretches far beyond any means of human comprehension. I have so much to share about this chapter of my journey.. what a journey this has been, I have so much I want to share. Thank you for giving me this time to grow and to go inward. I am so happy to be back ❤️

As I de-robe and leave the monastery, I am no longer a monk. 🧘🏼‍♂️

The little boy inside of me is finally healing. He’s the happiest he’s been since I left him behind at 15.

If you don’t read any of these, the last one is the most important out of all of them.

Wednesday last week, I put my vision into action alongside @coach_ciaranhoward to build a community the world has never seen before. The Collective Difference has been something I’ve been curating and tweaking for a long time now and well… the connection experiment 001 was nothing more than incredible. This wasn’t just another 5km run club, it was much more than that - a place where connection was fostered and where community brings out the best in one another.

This is the start of a new journey, this is where Human Connection is Done Differently.

Follow along as we change the world, next event coming loud and proud this week. More info coming 🫶🏻

This is where it starts, two lads trying to change the world. It’s time real change is made and community comes together.

No pace groups. No pressure. No need to be a “runner”.

Come run, walk, talk, crawl - whatever you feel.

This is a space built around human connection - not your next PB. This is The Collective Difference.

📍 Battersea Park - Outside Track Entrance
🗓 07 OCT
⏰ 7PM
🚶‍♂️5km (park laps)

Come alone. Bring a friend. Bring your dog. Everyone’s welcome in The Collective Difference.

See you Wednesday 🤝
