La historia de @lockie.welch comenzó a cambiar cuando, después de abandonar el monasterio y regresar a Australia, empezó a sentir una inquietud espiritual que no podía explicar. Seis amigos lo invitaron por separado a asistir a una iglesia cristiana. Decidió aceptar y aquella experiencia marcó el inicio de su camino de fe. ✝️ En 2026 se bautizó y hoy comparte su testimonio con una convicción: «Ahora sigo a Cristo». ❤️ Es increíble como una pregunta, una invitación o una experiencia nos llevan a replantearnos el rumbo de nuestra vida. 📖 «Mis ovejas oyen mi voz, y yo las conozco, y me siguen». — Juan 10:27.

Hello! I want to share an experience I embarked on about one year ago. In September 2025, I left my job in consulting and booked a flight to Thailand with plans to ordain as a Buddhist monk. A few weeks later I ordained in the village of Pa Pae, just north of Chiang Mai. I remained in Thailand for four months before disrobing and finding my way home to San Francisco. I met so many wonderful and inspiring people along the way and left with a renewed sense of self and respect for the monastic path. Sending love out to everyone reading these words. I hope these pictures will suffice to share some of my journey with you 😊🙏

I spent an evening at the Sky Arts Awards surrounded by some of the smartest, funniest and most talented women I know: writers, poets, musicians and troublemakers. I’m not sure what the collective noun for such a group is, but they’re a joy to behold when they move as a pack. A massive thank you to @skyarts and Phil Edgar-Jones for bringing us together in the glorious surroundings of The Roundhouse for a true celebration of the arts. See you next year 👏👏👏

What an amazing first week of @bbcstrictly with @damesarahstorey! We had so much fun in rehearsals and on the dance floor and I’m so unbelievably proud of Sarah’s performance last night! To go from never having performed anything prior to this to embodying a character, committing 1000% to it and performing the socks of that was inspiring and made me so excited to see what we can accomplish together. Sarah’s drive and enthusiasm to learn is inspiring and can’t wait for you guys to see what we have in store for movie week! Team Lift & Shift is only getting started. #strictly #quickstep #liftandshift
