Make sure to include yourself in the list of things you need to take care of this weekend <3

About a month ago I received the @currentbody LED light therapy mask series 3, and I love adding my new mask to my skincare routine.

I’ve struggled with my skin for many years, so seeing how it has improved makes me so happy. My skin is finally glowing, and I just love finding little things that help me take better care of it.

If you’re curious to try it too, you can use my code LOESCB for 10% off all products 🤍 by @loeshartman

Being grateful for a simple life. It doesn’t need to be that hard. Try to find the beauty in your everyday life 🤍 by @loeshartman

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to build little habits that support the person you want to become 🌀🧚🏻

I’ve been implementing breathwork into my morning practice for the last month, and it’s such a simple way to start my day feeling good about myself. Knowing that I’ve already done something for myself before the day even really begins makes me feel so happy and sets the tone for the rest of my day.

I’m currently reading The Oxygen Advantage and learning so much about the way we breathe and how it can influence the way we feel and function. It’s also one of the reasons I’m so excited to be diving deeper into breathwork through my facilitator training with @your.minddate

It’s so interesting how something we do all the time can have such an impact on our overall health.

Now that it’s getting colder, I love slowing down and making more time for myself.

Getting cosy and staying warm with my new Ploov from @mystoov 🤍

A journal prompt I’ve been loving lately is: What feels good in my life right now?

Move in silence and protect your energy. you’re the greatest project you’ll ever work on 🌀🧚🏻 #inspirationalquotes #selfgrowthjourney by @loeshartman

Protecting your peace changes everything 🌀🧚🏻

I’d rather go quiet for a while and put my energy into building myself than give it away to negativity. At the end of the day, your energy is your life, so be mindful of where you choose to invest it.

Are you protecting yours or giving it away? Let me know in the comments <3

@mystoov has officially become part of my period self-care routine 🤍

Warmth, rest, making my favourite drink and slowing down. Listening to what my body actually needs, with my infrared heated Homey close by, cordless and there whenever I need it. Bring on that time of the month.
