New course ☆66☆
📍 Royal Canberra Golf Club
📅 06.08.2026

One of the highest-quality golf courses I've ever played. Royal Canberra is the kind of course that keeps calling you back, and I'll definitely be returning. The immaculate greens, stunning conditioning, and incredible views from almost every tee box made it a truly memorable experience. ⛳️

We played 27 holes, with the Golf Crew Australia Open Series contested across holes 1–18. A shotgun start meant we kicked things off on the long par 3 17th, with its enormous green setting the tone for the day.

My favourite hole was the par 5 15th. A creek cuts across the front of the green, forcing you to decide whether to take on the carry or lay up. I went for it, only to take too much club and send my 4-iron long over the back. A great example of the risk-and-reward golf that makes this course so enjoyable.

Another standout was the par 3 8th. Just 135 metres and slightly downhill, with Black Mountain and Telstra Tower creating one of the best backdrops I've played over.

Royal Canberra has instantly earned a place among my favourite courses, and I already can't wait to tee it up here again.

Round 2 or @golfcrewaustralia Crew Championships at @thenational1988 - this time at the much anticipated Gunnamatta course…

After a solid start I fell apart in the back nine to scrape home with only 26 points 😬…

A rough day of play but wow what an experience! Love this event, love this place, love this Crew!!

Special thanks to @golfcrewaustralia Tony, Panda, all the other crew Captains and all the Crew that came down to make this such an epic event!! taken in The National Golf Club by @loft_golferz

What a day! Amazing time here in @thenationalgolfclub for the National Championships of @golfcrewaustralia.

Today we played the Old Course and it was by far the most challenging course I’ve ever played!! I was pleasantly surprised to record 40 Stableford points off a 90. That may well be the best round of golf I’ll ever play! And if it is - Im glad I got to share it with @peekay.official @good_vibes_golf_club and @jamescass78 .

Three great guys, a fucking awesome crew (CGC) an l amazing course, great weather (despite the gale force winds) and an opportunity to truly challenge myself, overcome doubt and post a score I’m really proud of!! Roll on Gunnamatta tomorrow!!

Man, say what you will but the Lombardi 79 and Uncle P are out here rocking the green. I still don’t know why people crush their wallets when you can rock this 79 and soften your wallet. Remember that was again the 1st putt #golf #teamlombardigolf #lombardi79 #golfputting #golfputters taken in Bayou Oaks at City Park by @loft_golferz
