LOFT Pilates is the quiet yet powerful result of shared dedication: together with my daughters, we share the joy of movement – Pilates is a shared experience for us. I co-founded the studio with Inez to place body awareness and professional excellence at the heart of our work. Here, every movement has purpose and place; the structure of each session is intentional and impacts the entire body. We believe in consistency and that strength is built in silence. LOFT is not just a method – it’s a mindset we live and breathe every day.

Favorite exercises: Core work, Plank, Footwork
Favorite music: Black Coffee
Inspirational quote:
“In 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference. In 20, you’ll see the difference. And in 30, you’ll have a whole new body.”
– Joseph Pilates

A LOFT Pilates a közös munka csendes, de erőteljes eredménye: a lányaimmal együtt osztozunk a mozgás örömében – a Pilates számunkra közös élmény.

Kedvenc feladat: Hasizom, Plank, Footwork
Kedvenc zene: Black Coffee

A női test ilyenkor változik: hormonális átalakulás, anyagcsere-lassulás, kedélyhullámzások… A Pilates segít újrakapcsolódni a testeddel – biztonságosan, hatékonyan, elvárások nélkül.
