After each challenge, when the time’s up, we’d sit in the grass and debrief our experience as the adrenaline fades. The first words would often be along the lines of “I’ll never bake that again!” but after a few minutes we would inevitably find ourselves discussing how to make it better next time! Now that the season is over, I’m looking forward to that peaceful moment to reflect back on the experience with my friends, the bakers, but I know that in a day or two, I’ll already be looking forward to the next challenge! taken in Canadian Film Centre (CFC) by @loicbakes

Congratulations to our newlywed friends @_kateewood & @jrdn.wd - For their wedding cake, I had the privilege to team up with the mother of the bride @clare.read who made all of these incredibly reaslistic and beautiful sugar flowers. Either I have no content worth posting, or I’m too busy to post anything that’s happening! The last month or so has definitely been the latter. Hosting the @cbcbakingshow bakers in Creston, baking for a pop up bake sale at @good.companycoffee , tearing apart the kitchen, making macarons with @luvatfirst_bite, sanding our floors, hosting a 4-course dinner with my culinary arts students, giving an entremet class at @cotrcreston and baking an 80th birthday cake.
