I can’t believe my play ‘Period Drama’ got longlisted for the Tony Craze award! I joined @sohotheatre writers lab last year and it was an amazing nine months. I met some amazing writers and read some brilliant plays. Thank you to my dramaturg @jennybxt for supporting me and helping me develop my play into something bigger than I ever thought!

I have big dreams for ‘Period Drama’ and It will be part of Shift and Space with @theatredeli in May so look out for tickets! by @lola.malini

Had an amazing time at the @ukasianfilmfest @richmixlondon yesterday for the world premiere of my short film ‘Jhumki’. This was a fantastic opportunity for me to get my film seen as well as network with other South Asian Creatives!

Thank you so much for selecting my film. It was so inspiring being part of the showcase and being able to imagine a future for myself in this industry!

Thank you @ghettofilmschool, @londonscreenacademy and @academyhunt for all the help you gave on this short. And of course thanks so much @suhani.trikam and Ashpriya Baryan for being brilliant actors and supporting me on the day!

I am so excited for 'Jhumki' to be part of the @ukasianfilmfest. It is such an honour to be involved in the longest running South Asian Festival outside of India.

Thanks @londonscreenacademy for helping make this film for my Final Major Project last year. And @ghettofilmschool for helping me develop the script through the dialogue 101 project. Also thank you @academyhunt for helping with casting! by @lola.malini
