Last night - Head in, paws up... The boss had officially clocked off for the evening. 🐾🧥💤✨
When the world gets a bit too much and you’ve simply had enough of ‘puppy-ing’ for the day, there is only one place to go.
Ozzy has officially declared my jumper his absolute safe place when he needs it. No thoughts, no barking at the automated lawnmower, just total, cozy comfort. Honestly, I think we could all take a leaf out of his book sometimes! 🧘‍♀️🌿
The bead desk is packed away, the laptop is closed, and we are following the manager’s orders to just slow down and rest. Hope you all had a beautiful, peaceful, and deeply cozy evening! 🌊🍂

Laptop is officially closed, and the boss has declared the working day done! 🐾💻📦✨
Safe to say Ozzy worked me incredibly hard at the desk today! But we got there—I have finally uploaded our four latest one-of-a-kind designs to the Etsy shop. 🚀🔮
Blue Moon, Enchanted Forest, Love Light, and Golden Forest are all officially live, upgraded with our new adjustable gold chain extenders, and ready for their new homes.
We also successfully completed a gorgeous new custom commission today (though I was so deeply in the zone I completely forgot to snap a picture before packing it away! 🤦‍♀️). Tomorrow is a fresh day, and my hands are already itching to start threading some vibrant new Confetti styles.🎨🌈

Holding space for an incredibly brave young lady in the middle of a battle… 🐻🧠✨
My daughter Lola is hosting a pub quiz at our wonderful local, The Miners Arms in Mithian, to raise vital funds for The Haldon Unit in Exeter. The money raised will go directly towards providing therapeutic crafts and sensory equipment for patients.
To share a little of the motivation behind this: Lola was incredibly unwell before going into hospital. As a family, it felt like such a terrifying step, but despite working closely with the amazing community team, we were simply inadequate in the level of support we could give her at home. Lola was getting more and more poorly, and it had become dangerous.
She spent six months at The Haldon, undergoing intense therapy, neurodivergent assessments, and peer support. It was an incredibly hard challenge, but she worked really, really hard—and now, she wants to give something back.
Lola is actually in the most challenging part of recovery right now. She is fighting hard every day to maintain a stable weight so she can undergo a splenectomy next year for a blood condition—trying to take her first brave steps back into life while battling an incredibly loud and constant illness. Anorexia is absolutely brutal. Lola wants to do something deeply kind to support others who are at that terrifying early stage of recovery. 🩹🩹

Rain on the window, a candle lit, and a very cozy little studio assistant... 🕯️🌧️🍷🐾
Closing out the week in the most peaceful way possible. I’ve moved operations to the dining room table tonight with a glass of wine, a soft candle glow, and Ozzy flat-out refusing to leave the warmth of my jumper while I hand-thread our latest designs.
There is something so incredibly therapeutic about the rhythmic click of the beads when the autumn rain is pouring outside. Taking it slow, listening to my body, and just enjoying the creative flow.
Turning the screen off now to enjoy the quiet. Hope you all have a beautiful, safe, and deeply cozy Friday evening! 🌊💛
