POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After a gruelling few weeks of early starts, late finishing, trains, monologues, singing, dancing and interviews, Lola’s audition season is done. No surprises, @lola.grace29 smashed it and received a number of amazing offers from top Musical Theatre Conservatoires.

So proud of her decision to accept the offer from @birdcollegeuk after receiving it on the spot to study a BA in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre in September. It’s an incredible achievement and so deserved after years of hard work, dedication and commitment.

A huge heartfelt thanks to those that have supported her on this journey - @clairerowley99 at FeelGood Theatre all those years ago, @jenni.dandy at JDM, @vikkistleger , and the amazing team at @trurocollegedance - you are all class acts.

As scary as it is to be thinking our little girl will soon be packing up and shipping out, I’m beyond excited for her and can’t wait to see her begin this next chapter of her life.

Love you superstar - it’s showtime ❤️

🎁 Cornwall Christmas Box Delivery 🎁

We've been working on these Christmas Dinner Boxes for a few weeks now, and are thrilled to have donated ✨TWENTY FOUR✨ whole boxes, from us here at TR2!

That's 24x boxes, filled with Christmas dinner and festive treats, going to families in need, across Cornwall 🎄💞

It was humbling, to say the least, shopping for, preparing and packing these boxes and we feel incredibly lucky to be in a position in which to donate to CCB, and hopefully help make Christmas that bit better for 24 families in need 💛

Huge thanks to the team at @johnbetjemancentre in Wadebridge who took our boxes in yesterday, and helped me unload them all! Ready for @cornwallchristmasbox to collect today! 🚚

🍾 AMAZING NEWS! 🍾
Kicking Friday off with HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Sadie Edwards as she has been promoted to Director of Construction and Engineering 🥂

@suri_yoga entered the Recruitment Industry following years of supporting people as a Yoga and Pilates teacher. Prior to that, she had worked for many years in sales and finance.
Sadie joined @tr2rec in its infancy, just last year, and made a placement within her first week of work! She specialises in both white- and blue-collar roles in the Construction and Engineering industries.
Sadie has gone from strength to strength and her growth as a consultant is nothing short of phenomenal. The fact that she has become our top biller within her first year, especially given the calibre of Recruiters we have in our team, is simply incredible! And just last month it was announced that she has been shortlisted for Best Newcomer in Recruitment at the prestigious @RecMembers #RECAwards22 🤯🥳🤩 (We’re all heading up to London in November for the award ceremony! 💃🪩🕺)

We absolutely love to see people progress, and feel that fast-tracking Sadie’s promotion to Director of Construction and Engineering is completely and utterly deserved!

WELL DONE SADIE, we’re all incredibly proud of you, and SO stoked to have you in our crew!

As massive THANK YOU to all previous and current clients.

To round up the year, I’m sharing some of my online and face to face client wins of 2021.

While taking progress pics can be motivating for some, at Tatum Rose Training it is not a requirement to send me pics of you in your undies.

As always, we are celebrating what our bodies can DO and what our minds ACHIEVE. Because health and fitness isn’t always about changing the way you look. Sure, it’s a bonus, but it’s not the whole package. (It’s like a relationship, sex is a bonus right?)

I have worked with so many types of people, male, female, younger, older, half broken, low self esteem and confidence, high achieving athletes, to even those who have never stepped foot into a gym or touched a barbell. I’ve helped people gain weight, I’ve helped people lose weight.

All of these types people blow me away each week with their commitment and their progress and I cannot WAIT for 2022!!

Is it time to change your perception around health and fitness??? My 2022 wait lists are now open, so please send me a DM to get onboard!!

If you are local, don’t forget there are still spaces left for the small group training sessions I will be running at Penryn College in January!!
