Hi beautiful 🌹 Hola hermosa 🌛

For the past few years, I’ve been on a deep transformational journey.

For the last 2 years, I’ve given myself permission to fully FEEL… the anger, the rage, the sadness, the joy, the tears, everything….without judgment. ❤️

And after reconnecting with my own body, I had been disconnected from for so many years, I finally began to feel my own womb for the first time 😍

I started to see the connection between the Earth, the Moon and my own menstrual cycle.

As women, we move through 4 phases, just like nature: winter, spring, summer and autumn ❄️🌸☀️🍂

And when I realised that we mirror nature, I started to understand myself in a completely different way.

🚫 I stopped believing the old stories:

that we need to be productive every single day,
that we have to be the same every month,
that our emotions are “too much”,
or that we need to move through life in the same way men do.

🌀 I started listening instead.

And that’s why I want to share this wisdom with you.

The wisdom that has travelled through me, through deep transformation and is now ready to be shared with you, Queen 🌹

Your womb carries more than your own story 🌹

It holds the beliefs, patterns and stories passed down through the women who came before you. And sometimes, reconnecting with your womb becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your own feminine story.

I want to share this wisdom because, once I felt like I didn’t even belong in my own body.

I experienced painful periods and moments of deep depression. For a long time, I didn’t fully understand what my body was trying to tell me.

But when I began reconnecting with my womb, something shifted. I started listening instead of ignoring, feeling instead of suppressing, and allowing myself to slow down and honour what was happening within me.

It became a journey of learning to understand my body, reconnecting with my feminine energy, and discovering a deeper relationship with who I am.

A little reminder that you are allowed to become someone you never imagined you would be 🤍

The older I get, the more I realise that life isn’t so much about what we do, but how deeply we connect with what makes us feel alive, what we’re here to share with the world, and the gifts we came here to express.

Sometimes, we outgrow the things we once dreamed of. Sometimes, life asks us to let go of who we thought we were to make space for who we’re becoming.

And honestly, it’s not always easy. It takes courage to change direction, to trust your intuition, and to believe in yourself when you don’t know exactly where you’re going.

I want to share more of this journey here. Not because I have it all figured out, I only hope my words inspire you, give you courage, or simply remind you that you’re not alone in this ever-changing life.

I’m learning to embrace all the parts of myself and still discovering what she’s here to create.

We are allowed to keep growing, evolving, and surprising ourselves along the way.

So, if you’re in a season of change, you haven’t fallen behind. You’re not starting from nothing. You’re simply making space for a life that feels more like you🌹

Here’s to trusting the journey, welcoming the versions of ourselves we have yet to meet, and opening this new chapter with our arms wide open.

I’m so excited to finally be putting my witch hat on with a lot of pride 🧙🏻‍♀️💜

Tarot was never in the picture for me. In fact, I was taught to fear tarot. And how incredible life is when you finally get to discover the truth for yourself.

Tarot came into my life on my 33rd birthday. What can I tell you? I was very intrigued. And after just a couple of readings, I started feeling a deep connection, something ancient, a wisdom that wanted to be remembered and brought back to life.

My story with this goddess began two years ago.

She found me when I was at my lowest.

I had spent a lifetime comparing myself to other women, feeling like I wasn’t good enough, constantly criticizing the way I looked, and giving more of myself than I had, to please the people around me so they would stay.

Through her teachings, I began returning to my body. To my own voice. To a deeper love for myself.

Slowly, the noise in my mind became quieter.

I began to understand that I didn’t have to shrink myself to belong. That my desire, sensuality, pleasure, creativity and passion were not something to be ashamed of, they are part of my human right and expression.

Aphrodite lifted my heart back towards love and beauty.

And now, I feel called to share what she has taught me with you 🤍

This past August, I finally stood in front of “The Birth of Venus” by Botticelli in the city of Florence, letting my eyes wander through this beautiful painting, and it reminded me of everything I had been remembering within myself.

That we are not here to become someone else. We are here to remember who we already are. All in your unique beauty, all in your unique essence. Don’t shrink, don’t compare and find your own inner treasure.
