What happens when two Heated Rivalry podcasts come together to chat? Hijinks. Hilarity. A veritable hubbub of loon energy! We talk about our experiences in podcasting and witnessing the absolute incredible momentum of this fandom.

The entire episode is out now! Check our bio for links!

Friends and fellow loons, welcome back to the chaos! This week’s episode is our final full length one for a while as we deal with kids and life and the end of school fast approaching. But fear not - we will be back in your ear holes soon!

As an ode to the episode that started it all, please enjoy our reheat of episode 4. And by reheat we mean we touched on literally everything under the sun from Nip/Tuck to my dog who barks so much and I’m so sorry to anarchy vs arson and the Mandela Effect. Enjoy?

Also be cool. by @looncallpod

It’s Mothers Day! Well, it was yesterday but the schedule waits for no one! So here we are - a day late but like Ja Rule said “I’m not always there when you call, but I’m always on time”.

Today’s episode is our ode to the mothers of the show. And our own experiences as moms. Also, the shenanigans from last week continued and we giggle hard. Enjoy! by @looncallpod

Welcome back to Craft Cottage! This is - without a doubt - our most unhinged episode. We go all over the map. Generally? We breakdown the All-Star Game craft by VERY popular demand. But then we also talk about Gru? And our loathing of the Tkachuks? And Dutch ovens (real and the blanket kind, iykyk)? And somehow 2001: A Space Odyssey?

All that to say - buckle up for this one and we HOPE you enjoy! by @looncallpod

Friends and fellow loons, this week we had the immense pleasure of welcoming @ladriana_herrera to the pod! For those of you that don’t know Adriana, she is a prolific romance author who has written some incredible books including the historical Las Léonas series which is a pod favorite.

Adriana also happens to be a Heated Rivalry super fan and reader of the Game Changers series, and was present at the dinner that broke the internet honoring Rachel in New York.

We talked all things HR, romance, love, and how Hudson has chemistry with literally everything (minor minor Project Hail Mary spoiler in that section, so beware).

Episode is live in all the places!! by @looncallpod

Did Ada have many internal freak outs ahead of this discussion? Yes. Did Ruby admit to reading the synopsis of a film on Wikipedia instead of watching it? Also yes. Somehow…we both made it though the wilderness and had the most incredible time talking to Véronique and Arthur, the editors of a little show called Heated Rivalry.

Also fun fact: Veroniqué did an edit pass and color corrected today’s episode so we officially had an award winning editor have a hand in today’s show. Bury me with this episode (this is Ada).

Out now wherever you get your podcasts and also YouTube (of course!) by @looncallpod

Welcome. To. The. Thunderdome! That’s right, friends. It’s debate time here on Loon Call. We know this has been an oft-discussed point of contention in the fandom and we wanted to take it upon ourselves to figure it out once and for all with a good old fashioned debate.

Resolution: Scott Hunter KNEW About Ilya and Shane.
Pro: Ada
Con: Ruby
Two enter. Only one may leave.

On a related note, we surpassed 100K streams on Spotify today. And what that means to us we can’t even begin to explain. That’s a lot of streams, y’all. We put a lot into this little side project and have found some incredibly community as a result of it. Whether you listened once or listen every week, thank you thank you thank you for spending any amount of time with us. Time is our most precious resource and we are honored to help you pass some of yours! by @looncallpod

We are ready to fight with you, @francoisarnaud! LFG!! 🥯 🥯 🥯
