LEGS & FULL BODY WORKOUT

This powerful & effective series of 5 exercises is designed to work your whole body with a focus on legs.

Aim for 12-15 of each, 2-3 sets performed with good technique.

How beautiful is my location in Port Douglas, Queensland ☀️

Equally eye catching are my great new leggings & top from @loonylegs - Most definitely made to get noticed 🤩

Sometimes, looking back at my younger, out-of-shape self, this older version of me does seem like a dream! 💁‍♀️

But it’s not.

Being a strong, flexible, active 64-year-old grandmother is my reality — and I love it! ❤️

Getting in shape — at any age — doesn’t have to be a dream. Start today and make it happen! 🙌

Leaf me Alone 🍂
Back to school. Back to work. Back to the gym.
At least boring leggings don’t have to come back too. 😏 by @loonylegs

What’s one thing your activewear has to have to feel like you? Shop the print that feels like you 👇 I got tired of activewear that all started looking the same. I wanted something comfortable enough to actually move in, but fun enough to feel like me. Loony Legs makes it possible to have both. 🌈 #LoonyLegs #Activewear #Leggings by @loonylegs

Save this for the next time you tell yourself you “don't need another pair.” 😂 We both know how this ends. Loony Legs makes bold, comfortable activewear that's actually fun to wear, so honestly… I can't take full responsibility for what happens next. 🌈 #LoonyLegs #Activewear #Leggings by @loonylegs

Be a Pippi, not an Annika. 😊

Especially in times where so many people are making wrong and stupid decisions, believing that fascism and nationalism make anything better. 😐

Your leggings are allowed to have a personality too 😂🌈 I want activewear that's comfortable enough to actually move in but fun enough that I WANT to put it on. Loony Legs gives you both with bold prints, functional fabrics, and styles made to move with you. Tell me: are you still loyal to basic black leggings? 😂 Shop Loony Legs and find the pair that makes you feel like yourself. 💚 #LoonyLegs #Activewear #WorkoutOutfit by @loonylegs
