Lorella is looking for full and part-time baristas who take pride in the details and genuinely love taking care of people! You’ll be a big part of how our guests start their day—from dialing in a perfect espresso to delivering warm, friendly service.

Qualifications:

•1+ years of cafe experience with a solid understanding of grind, dose, and espresso extraction.

•A friendly, steady presence with a strong work ethic and the ability to move with urgency during rushes.

•Reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer:

•$20–$23/hr + tips, with full-time and part-time shifts available.

•Health care benefits (full-time team members)

•Family meals, staff discounts, and a supportive environment with room to grow.

Some ovens arrive in pieces. This one arrived as a mission! Before the sun came up, our team moved @lorella_sf ‘s fully assembled oven with trucks, forklifts, machine skates, pallet jacks, and a whole lot of teamwork!

We had to get it into place BEFORE building the wall around it. Or, as project manager John put it: “building a ship in the basement” 🚢
