Girls night in Spokane just hits different 💕✨🍸

We got dressed up, ate good food, had the best drinks, and obviously talked about EVERYTHING 😂💅🏼 Loren was the perfect spot for a little girls’ night out — cute atmosphere, good vibes, and the kind of night you don’t want to end!

Some dinners remind you just how special Spokane’s food and wine community truly is.

Last Thursday’s @barristerwinery dinner at @lorenbistro was beautiful from beginning to end. Every course was delicious, every wine pairing felt perfectly chosen, and the entire evening was filled with the kind of thoughtful hospitality that makes you want to slow down and savor it all.

Greg, the owner of Barrister, has been a friend for years, so it was especially meaningful to reconnect and enjoy his incredible wines again. I have also loved getting to know Juli and the wonderful team at Lorèn. What they create together is exceptional.

Lorèn’s wine dinners are truly unmatched in this city. They are intimate, intentional, and absolutely not to be missed. Watch for the next one and make your reservation early. You will be very glad you did.

It was such a lovely evening spent seeing old friends, making new ones, and celebrating beautiful food and wine.

Our Winemaker’s Dinner with Barrister Winery was a celebration of thoughtful pairings, beautiful wines, and a menu designed to bring out the best in every glass.

Barrister winemaker Greg Lipsker guided us through the evening, sharing the stories, character, and craft behind each wine while our culinary team created a course to complement every pour.

From the first glass to the final course, it was exactly what a winemaker’s dinner should be—an evening of discovery, conversation, and memorable food and wine. All of the magic was beautifully captured by Andrii @andrey.mka.

Cheers to Barrister Winery, inspired pairings, and nights like this at Lorèn.

Behind every plate at Lorèn are two incredibly talented chefs: Executive Chef Sebastian and Sous Chef Colton bring creativity, discipline, and an incredible amount of heart to the kitchen every day. From developing new dishes, leading the kitchen through busy nights, and wine dinners, their fingerprints are on so much of what makes Lorèn special.

Great food doesn’t just happen. It takes long hours, constant creativity, teamwork, and a genuine passion for the craft.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have Chefs Sebastian and Colton leading our kitchen, pushing us forward, and helping shape what Lorèn continues to become.
