Spokane date night, but make it dark & moody 🖤🥀 Think dim lighting, historic interiors, hidden cocktail bars, and just the right amount of mystery. Consider this your sign to skip the usual dinner plans and make it a little more interesting this Halloween season. Girls night in Spokane just hits different 💕✨🍸 We got dressed up, ate good food, had the best drinks, and obviously talked about EVERYTHING 😂💅🏼 Loren was the perfect spot for a little girls’ night out — cute atmosphere, good vibes, and the kind of night you don’t want to end! 10/10 would recommend adding this to your Spokane girls’ trip itinerary 💕✨ @lorenbistro #SpokaneWashington #SpokaneWA #GirlsNight #SpokaneEats #GirlsTrip

Some dinners remind you just how special Spokane’s food and wine community truly is. Last Thursday’s @barristerwinery dinner at @lorenbistro was beautiful from beginning to end. Every course was delicious, every wine pairing felt perfectly chosen, and the entire evening was filled with the kind of thoughtful hospitality that makes you want to slow down and savor it all. Greg, the owner of Barrister, has been a friend for years, so it was especially meaningful to reconnect and enjoy his incredible wines again. I have also loved getting to know Juli and the wonderful team at Lorèn. What they create together is exceptional. Lorèn’s wine dinners are truly unmatched in this city. They are intimate, intentional, and absolutely not to be missed. Watch for the next one and make your reservation early. You will be very glad you did. It was such a lovely evening spent seeing old friends, making new ones, and celebrating beautiful food and wine. #BarristerWinery #LorenBistro #SpokaneWine #SpokaneDining #WineDinner

Surprising our MOM with a birthday trip to Spokane, Washington! 🥹💗 We packed our bags, kept the plans a secret, and whisked her away for 36 hours of sister + daughter + mom time 🥂✨ From coffee stops and good food to laughing until our stomachs hurt, this was exactly the kind of girls trip we needed. 36 hours. One birthday queen. Way too much caffeine. 😂💅🏼 And memories we’ll be talking about forever. Happy birthday, Mom! You deserve to be celebrated BIG. 💕🎂✨ PS this was filmed back in June LOL woops. MVP my moms bosses for letting us steal her 💓 @lumberchick1977 @hannahwaite Waite @erica.haworth @muggiescoffee @brunchblissbubbles @chilis #SpokaneWashington #GirlsTrip #BirthdayTrip #MomBirthday #washingtontravel

Some dishes deserve more than a photograph. Recently, we had the opportunity to step behind the line at Lorèn and capture the preparation of their Pan Seared Wild Pacific Halibut, A dish built with precision, technique, and an incredible amount of care. From the delicate Parisian gnocchi and fresh spring vegetables to the rich brown butter, vibrant sauce vert, and crispy shoestring potatoes, every component had a purpose and every movement in the kitchen reflected the level of craftsmanship behind the final plate. What we enjoy most about creating food content isn’t just capturing beautiful dishes, it’s documenting the process, the people, and the attention to detail that guests rarely get to see. There’s something special about watching a team of talented chefs bring a vision to life service after service. A sincere thank you to the team at @lorenbistro and @whatachefeats for the invitation, the hospitality, and the opportunity to tell a small part of that story. It’s always a privilege to step into kitchens like this and showcase the artistry that goes into creating an exceptional dining experience. 🎥🍽️✨ #spokanefood #FoodVideography #spokanerestaurant #ChefLife #PacificNorthwestFood
