When God made the earth and sky,
The flowers and the trees,
He then made all the animals
And all the birds and bees.

And When his work was finished
Not one was quite the same.
He said, “I’ll walk this earth of mine
And give each a name.”

And so he traveled land and sea
And everywhere he went
A little creature followed Him
Until its strength was spent.

When all were named upon the earth
And in the sky and sea,
The little creature said,” Dear Lord,
There is not one left for me.”

The Father smiled and softly said,
“I’ve left you to the end.
I’ve turned my own name back to front
And called you Dog, my friend.” “Lovie” named after The Millionaire’s wife from Gilligan’s Island. She wasn’t a good dog, she was a great dog💔 November 20, 2010-January 3, 2026 by @loributlerperkins

From ROLL TIDE 🐘to HAIL STATE 🐶Sadie has officially entered the transfer portal 😂 We could not be more proud of her determination to not give up on her dreams! While we are sad to see her leave her amazing friends at Alabama we can’t help but thank God for placing her there to meet them. God’s timing has been perfect. Not going to lie I’m a little sad that means no more Amtrak 🚂rides for me to TTown! 🤪 Could not be more excited for this year! HAIL STATE! taken in Mississippi State University by @loributlerperkins

Sadie has accomplished so many amazing things in her life but nothing has made me more proud or my heart as full as her commitment to follow Christ. Where ever life takes her I know that He is always with her. May God shine through you so that others may see! I love you! taken in Church of the Highlands by @loributlerperkins
